According to the Comic Con KR: DK panel, they were just in Toys R Us, and early fall, they WILL be in Wal-Marts as well becasue they got picked up. Apparently, that is a good sign that other retailers will want to carry this toyline as well.

I think they only have in Toys R us, because every one said in Toys R us. Also I went to toys r us yesterday in flushing, queens and they had a lot of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight Toy i bought Kamen Rider Dragon Knight Figure and Torque. I didn't find the Advent belt and dragvisor.
