you want me to work my ass off in construction, have to ruin my own clothes, work in the rain and ruin my pants, get sick, buy boots and gloves, shit companies dont supply anything, I have to buy my own vest and hat and if I dont and get caught I get a ticket, use my own gas and my own car and buy my own tools and cant even write it off. If I dont I can do everything with bare hands. And I do it, and companies have the nerve to ask me to run their jobs for $15 per hour.
Chris matthews ass raped this little elitist from the heritage foundation on the issue. i bet he's still pissing and moaning about how the big bad liberal was mean to him.
Unployment is a great short term fix because you pay into it and hopfuly you can get ready for a new job, but to keep on spending money that you don't have and ringing up the debt level the way we have can only go on for so long. 800 billion in stimious and we are at 10% or where I.m at 15% unployment the way of our goverment spending is out of control . Anyone can look good by writing checks when they don't have to worry about the balance.
This guy and his friends have no concept of what it's like to take these minimum wage, slow death, crap jobs. The rich have had it their way so long, they don't even live in the same world as the rest of us. The problem is, they're running the show.
I think I actually saw a faint light inside that guys head when Matthews explained the idiocy of moving a family 1000 miles for a job that might not exist. It's not often you see a selfish, brainwashed, golden calf worshiping Mr. Howell wannabe catch a spark of human decency. I have high hopes that he might actually think about accepting the Lord as his personal savior. I mean, if he can come to a realization about his positions and how they harm the meek. Heck, he might even read a bible.
Republicans are trying to tell us they need some experience being jobless. They protect their corporate and banking cronies who lose trillions on derivative betting and the jobs of millions of little people. They redistributed the wealth so the upper 1% has it all. Fire every Republican - Give them some experience with the challenges faced by the little people, who for years paid taxes from their little people jobs.

The only frame of reference this kid knows is "finance" and "investment banking." Listen to him. He's never done a day of real work in his life.

thank you Mr. Mathews for making sense and standing up for a segregated third world group of American citizenry known as the unemployed.

I was in manufacturing and the jobs were outsourced to China.
Should I move to China to get my job back ?
Why don't we outsource our political jobs - we can save alot of money - they seem like they are not from USA anyway !

@3RobNHood3 Same here, I KNOW my job went to China. I was even offered to move there when I had my job. Wish I did when I had the chance...
