Incredible episode. One complaint however, they shoulda had him scream through the duration of the vulture attack. They kinda sugarcoated it by him pass out(or die?) right after it pecks out eye #1. Woulda been vastly more grim, horrifying, and satisfying to the audience if his torment was lengthy.

It didn't occur to me until years later that he could have simply smashed the cops wrist/hand to free himself from being handcuffed. Even at the end, when he was clearly aiming to cut the chain, he could have just cut into the cops hand. Granted, while his vision was going, if he aimed for the cops hand instead of the little chain connecting them, he'd be free. However, it was already said......That wouldn't have made a good episode. lol.
