how do you do it so fast? the buildings construct in like three seconds, on mine it takes them at least a minute to build.

It's actually not that hard; the circle conforms to the terrain, so you can sort of find your target even under the shroud. =D

its for missles and yes you capture them. Are you talking about destroying the scuds.
