  • omg this game, when got me 1st pentium 386 played this game for days.

  • you know, if i played this and added tf2 voices into the game, would that make me a bad person?

  • Terran?!?! fake for starcraft

  • @Darkonis13

1.This came out b4 starcraft. 2. Terra is Latin for land, the n is tacked on there to give a name to someone who lives on land.

    *sigh*

  • @Dalcor oh sorry... and thanks for information ;)

  • This game DESERVES a remake.

Imagine: same gameplay, same awsome music, and state of the art graphics.

  • i can't hear anything. great game btw.

  • I remember when this came out and I was blown away by the graphics compared to Terminal Velocity

  • FURY 3+HELLBENDER+TERMINAL VELOCITY :D

  • One of my favorite games. Thanks to my dad who bought it.

  • man this brings back some serious memories

  • I LOVE THIS GAME

  • I loved this game it was amazing on my First PC Got it at Costco.

  • OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!! My dad and I use to play this game in the early 90's. I had so much fun playing it. I'm so happy I found it!

  • Fucking classic. I had the CD rom but it got lost. I torrented it a few minutes ago. This was the first game I actually played for more than 10 minutes

  • It took me forever to find the name of this game. I had a feeling it was made by Microsoft, because I remembered playing it of a sidewinder demo disk. I could only remember that it rememinded me of Decent.

Yup, this is a good game. And I remembered the name thanks to Wikipedia :-D

  • i remember this game when it came out, i bought a sidewinder joystick and this game came with it. such a pro game.

  • Already playin´.

    Masterpiece.

But slightly sad for the fullscreen issue. If anybody know how fix this problem, please left a comment here.

  • this game brings back soo many memroies. the first real game i ever learned to play

  • this was the first game i worked on.

  • nostalgia is kicking in :) good times, i always only made it to the second planet

  • I used to love this game on my first pc.

  • i love all of you brothers, anyone know where to get soundtrack on starting menu?

  • So many memories... *sobweepcry*

  • Thanks for uploading this. I saw the comments you used a screen recorder that didn't record sound. Try to use FRAPS. Don't record in full-size, because the game gets so slow. Use mid-size recording.

  • wtf is with ur name but wouldnt hypercam be easier

  • Hypercam sucks for my games. I though my name would be funny and then I just chose it.

  • WHOOOOOT!!

  • But even better was Descent 1 and 2

  • I liked this game

  • This game rocked

  • soooo ahead of its time...

  • Ahhh yes, I am reveling in nostalgia. Fucking awsome

  • where's the sound? This game's music was awesome!

  • ah, my first real videogame... does anyone know where I can get it now?

  • try to find a torrent or a direct download, thats how i got it.

  • thanks !!

  • wow i loved this game. it came bundled with my sidewinder joystick

  • Hahahaha. Hell yeah, I had that joystick package too. I'm downloading the game righ tnow.

  • It's amazing how that one plane can take out an entire planet's land and air defenses.

  • its just a game...

  • ...that you never played.

  • lol i played this game before. it came with the computer which my dad brought in 2000 or something like that.

  • oh, my mistake, sorry :)jsut that some people really liked this game, so when a video aboutn it on Youtube shows up, they get all excited about it :D

  • I just found my copy of this game again. Thanks for reminding me of what an awesome game this was. =D

  • Does it run on windows vista? O.o

  • umm... i have no idea sorry, but it does run on xp

  • I think I saw it on Amazon for like $1.50 so maybe its worth buying/trying. Although shipping will cost more than the actual game LOL

  • yeah it does, I use Vista

and I played Fury 3 on it

  • thanks for reminding me of the awesome game

  • god i loved to play this game.¸

  • Fury3 with some modifications, copying files and renaming stuff you can get it to run in DOS with the terminal velocity engine, I did it back when i had no win95..way back in the day

  • aww, WDF!

    wheres the sound :(

  • he is using dos box

sadly dosbox sound does not work

  • lol, nope, fury 3 runs on windows!

also, if fury 3 runs in D.O.S it works, cuz Terminal Velocity has the same sound engine :]

  • Yes, I'm running Fury³ on Windows XP, and everything works fine except for one thing, the fullscreen option. Even in compatibility mode it doesn't switch, all F4 does is expand the screen or shrink to 320x200 resolution.

  • mine works in full screen mode :O

  • What key combination do you use?

  • huh ???

    nothing special :S

    default keys

  • very old school, but old school rocks!

  • Hey, where is the sound???

  • very low detail game, but fun, I own it

  • i like the first person view better but that 1 is okay too i guess...

  • Ahh, the good old days..:)

  • great game i wish my comp worked though :'-(

  • fury 3 was hella fun. i wish i still had that shit

  • God i havint played this game in like 9 years . I used to play it alot , i think the version i had must have been a Demo version cos i dont remember having the fighter go into space or anything like that , god i wish it was on Mini Clip . Com .

Cheers , Jason [ Doctor Who One ]

  • Hehe I still have this game, but I don't think it works on windows XP.

    Good ol' times eh.

  • It does, tried it ;-)

  • it still works on XP. just tried it now :)

  • Similar to T.V. as same engine. Only differences: dos, hud, 3d models, stoyline, weapons. My younger bro got T.V. missions working smoothly in xp via the fury3 engine. Added a menu so can choose which set of missions to play. T.V. missions use fury3 weapons tho. Still working on that. Few odd bugs to be fixed. Engines almost identical so files almost completely intercompatible.

  • If anyone here would suggest a recorder capable of recording videos without the use of a microphone, that would really help me out in uploading more Fury 3 vids.

  • come on.. wtf? Where is the music :(

  • Memorys are coming back! I use to play this game on Windows 95 =D

  • I played this game's demo version back in 1996. Cool game.

  • I used SnagIt to record the video, (without microphone). I just need a video recorder that can record audio without the use of a microphone and then I'll record with sound & music included.

  • Ahh! Where is the sound and music? How could you leave them out?

  • Love this game too. Only had the trial version though :(

  • If you want, I could upload more of the missions to satisfy any nostalgic cravings, and I'll try to upload videos of all eight planets if I can, those will include Terran, L24-D, Ares, New Kroy, Sebek, Vestra, Tiamat, and Fury.

  • Someone should upload more missions of this game. It was awesome!

  • i loved this game, i frickin pwned at it too

  • I have great memories with this game...GREAT GAME!!!!

  • it reminds me about Magic Carpet
