  • I am currently wearing a 3/4 wig and it really irritates the hell of me when I workout lol. I can feel how sweaty my hair is! But I do suggest to start weighing yourself every week. I used to have a stigma about weighing myself but once I started doing it, it really became a great motivation to me. Thanks for posting this vid.

  • checking your weight at least every week would probably be beneficial to make sure that you are on track with your goals and make adjustments if necessary.
