That's a bad idea to put Jill as the main villian. they should've have Dr. Birkin as the main villian, since he was the last boss in RE2. Do a storyline where he's the one who created the T-virus for Wesker and also created the uroboros in afterlife.

@suzujizu I still think Birkin would be the best choice as the main villian for this film. Jill can play the minor villian like in the game. They should also introduce the G-virus which Birkin inject himself with it.

Chris and Jill confront Wesker on the Spencer statement, and Jill sacrifices to save Chris. Wesker and Jill somehow survive and W takes her as she can serve as a experiment. Wesker notices shes immune to the virus thanks to Nemesis injecting her, and W cryogenically freezes her. Then he puts the scarab on her.
