Very nice!!  Coming from a guy that (almost) has a degree in voice. A few things... Watch out for TOO much vibrado when hitting the big notes (AND I..). Careful not to "scoop" too much. You started out a couple notes flat and scooped your way up to the right note. Gives the impression that you couldn't find the right note. I had to really search for things to say. Great Job!

I think they are too different to compare...This is a song you can do so much with...Dolly's version is absolutely classic, but Whitney made it into a completely different song, and people seem to alway want to copy the way Whitney sang it, and what made Whitney's so special is that it was so different from Dolly's. That's why people rarely compare the two versions in a magnitute of goodness. Cause they were both great in different ways.
