chimchar has-fire/fighting-fire super effective on turtwig-fight super effective on piplup

turtwig-grass/earth-earth super effective on both

piplup-water/steel-water super effective on chimchar-nothing on turtwig

so while chimchar and turtwig are super effective against both other starters, piplup is not
