At the place I last lived at, there was a 19 year old first year uni student. She had several clear problems in her life, so I don't strongly blame her for anything, but I'm pretty sure her OSAP and funds ran out early (I think she liked her nights out in the market area of city, and trips) and she had her mom pay for rent pretty much the whole time there. :S
