Since this video, I have gone to 156 volt pack. I would recommend you try for that right from the start, and buy components for that voltage level. If you go beyond that , the selection drops and the prices go up.

thats really super ,im right behind you. considering a build useing a geo tracker. and im moving to the coast of Wa. to gleen the onshore flow (an avg. of 12-17 mph).which kit did you use or did you buy the parts seperately?

Watching them carefully. They would give me an immediate jump to over 200 miles a charge , but cost is still prohibitive.
I designed the car to be able to make the switch with little effort, when the price comes down.
