Nice pretty design. A few help tips from my experience with Orbo replication: replace metal disc with non-metal to get rid of eddy current. Make it about 50 times lighter. Go for high rpm, at least 5000 on that diameter if you have ceramic ball bearings, or at least 500 rpm with magnetic levitation bearings. Using ultra high perm. cores such as Metglas MAGAMP. With some more minor advice you can get a self-runner.

Hi Gilles, could you eventually reconstruct a Searl Generator and place some generator coils around it, I think Searl's Generator could be made more efficient, he had the magnets on the outside, I wanted to place them on the inside and then and put windings on the attraction rims to generate power as the magnets revolve inside each rim.

Nice effort, but I don't see where this is going.. Do you want to make a more efficient motor? In that case great, but what will that weak motor be used for? Free electricity? You are looking at very small amounts "if any".. Don't freak out if you get a bit extra, it's nothing worthy. 5w extra? You would need thousands of those! 10w? even still... Show lots of free electricity, and then you will be talking.. Good luck!
