  • But if you miss, you will look sooo stupid. lol

  • surely my elbow will hurt more than their skull??

  • Ah. In Bokator translated to English this is called the Rushing Elephant.

  • Tony jaa

  • ONG BAK

  • The knee is legal and mma (ufc rules), but the elbow is not. The elbow is called 12-6 elbow, as it goes from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock. Other elbow strikes are legal.

  • Don't fuck with grey people

  • All these techniques only cause the damage they tell you is expected if the opponent give no resistance to the energy. most of you guys just fighting someone, should not expect to win after use you need to continue the fight.

  • If you want to know the technique and it's history then watch the fucking show.

  • @spicycheetoh awwww, QQ? You get way to defensive kid xD LOL! Don't worry, I know you don't know shit so I will leave you alone so you can get back to being a big old scary e-thug.

  • @spicycheetoh Noob, it doesn't sound like much, but if I were to punch you at that speed, you will definitely feel it and WILL get hurt. How fast for you expect people to punch anyway? Bloody noob...

  • @arm61037 i think it s u who spreads rumors about Cambodians hate thailand every where on videos related to Cambodia. U're such a racist thai person.

  • what is the different with muay thai, there are a lot of styles that steal his strike like the sanda and then they call it something new.

  • Because cambodian hate thailand they Spread Rumors about thai stole their martial art if anyone want to belive them that fine but if anyone want to know the Truth u can search in youtube between our art before develop to sport martial art search " Oldest Thai Boxing footage ever from 1920's " and " Bokator/Pradal Serey, Angkor Wat Cambodia 1930s "

    it total deference fighting style.

  • Seriously, this move is lethal. Mayb make a Tutorial how to build an atomic bomb for youtube..

  • why hit with the knee first when you could hit them at the same time o.o

  • @Varencilator

    that another technq

  • This CAN work, but you would have to combo it with something more basic first to get the guy off blance/not see it just like with any knee. A lot of creative moves become possible IF you combo with them.

Just think, even now ufc fighters are starting to throw a flurry of hands and then jump in to a knee. The downward elbow would be illegal in the ufc though.

  • I remember Marvin Eastman did a flying downwards elbow on Rampage Jackson in their first fight in the KOTC.

  • I have a little penis

  • Tony jaa used to do this many times

  • ok....why are they naked?

  • 0:07 SUCK IT!!!

  • Doesnt work.Maybe if the other is sleeping, but even with a small push will not work.

  • То что надо для улицы

  • Khmer King Jaya Varman VII used this Bokator flying cut off Reaho Head on his Elephant.

  • fracture a skull with an elbow in one blow ? that sounds realy exagerated. I gotta admit though, that his is going to hurt^^.

  • @Odium1002 It may sound exagerated but it is very possible.

  • @Odium1002 I think its possible if you do exacly what your suppose to do. I belive some people can do this since they have probably been practicing for years.

  • @Odium1002 A human skull can be fractured quite easily by a blow to the head from a fist or an elbow. There are plenty of martial artists who can break coconuts with their blows. As it turns out, a coconut is a good analogue for a human skull, i.e., it takes the same force to break a coconut as it does to break a skull. Ergo, plenty of trained martial artists can fracture a skull with one blow.

  • @mdbostock i need to see if i can crack one then

  • sagats focus from streetfighter

  • God i love history ^_^ ima use this on someone who tries to start shyt with me

  • I've finally made the realization that the reason for the enormous thumps and hits is because these guys are made out of titanium.

  • Muay Thai, originated from Cambodia, becuase back then Cambodia was the supreme ruler until the father king died. And his Chain of command divided into multiple parts, many of his generals were fighting for power, and the way they did that was fight like this. Quite brutal, but good for the art of war.

  • this move has already been done in khmer pradal serey matches should check it out for all those haters that think its inefficient you cant perfect moves like this over night takes years of practice.can you imagine tha damage if say anderson silva did it..Very good move and great if you wanna rush a guy in a street fight

  • This just seems wasteful and utterly impractical.

  • @screamingturnip fail,IT IS very effective for street fights and would be very good for comp fighting but the elbow is an illegal move, it is a practical strike becuz theyd be to caught up in the knee and wont even think about there head. Just becuz this style is new to you doesnt mean its not effective that mma stuff is very limited to what lyes in the bigger picture of fighting these types of moves wont be effective in those comps cuz, well, there just no legal and too dangerous to do, get it?

  • @screamingturnip Actually this only works in movies. not IRL

  • lol do this if you really really hate the person and you don't wnat to see them any more.

  • Wow, I spent more time learning by reading the description than watching the video.

I'm Khmer :) Always good to know more about my ancestry, thanks for uploading.

  • @Silverflame702 khmer boran, bokator, pradal serey, OVER muay thai anyday.Bunch of theives the thais are

  • @briky7126 Kim Long is my great great grandfather. I don't like the thought of having the new king as someone so young.

  • @Silverflame702 i dont give a crap who you grandfather is dude keep that to yourself im just saying that khmer kickboxing is way more advanced then "muay thai"

  • silver guys always winning.

  • lag

  • you can't do 90 degrees elbow in UFC.

  • it is way better than muay thai , i been trying to find a good video about my old culture fighting thanks

  • Cambodia ;)

  • I saw Ramon Dekkers do this

  • i saw this in ong bak! :D

  • From what i've seen on Bokator its all about killing ppl with accurate strikes, even the disabling moves r ment to setup a killing blow- this style is way to dangerous for MMA and most of the moves are illegal

  • @Jahfari1 There are no styles that are way to dangerous for MMA.

Also, there are no forbidden strikes in MMA, execpt the ones to the back of the head and spine.

In many Japanese promotions you can kick and knee a downed opponent in the head, also there is Vale Tudo where there are very few rules.

I think you can apply these strikes, but if they would be effective would be another matter.

  • @NakThai What are you talking about? A lot of styles use weapons, which you will never see in MMA. Also styles like aikido and krav maga, where wrist locks, finger locks, kicks to the groin, strikes to the neck, eye-gouging, hair pulling ALL NOT ALLOWED.

  • that shit looks brutal...

  • It's time for Muay Thai -Tony Jaa

  • ELBOW FROM THE SKY!!!!!

  • is this method of fighting very efficient lets say for sport like UFC, just wondering.....heard of this a while back but never mainstream, i know there are not a lot of people that know it cuz......they were all killed. but would like to learn more abuot this technique - Great Vid! i suscribed

  • thanks!

  • you can use a flying knee in the ufc you just cant do the elbow strike.

  • @Dural03 , IT'D BE ILLEGAL..Down-ward

motion of using elbow strike, especially at the head is very dangerous technique-weapon. Sideways motion is OK..

  • ok downward i know back of the head is a no go but down ward is also. good to know, im not efficient of the rules in sport, but in the combative terms, wonder what are the boundaries are.

  • yes its dangerous move but it's the martial arts for combat to kill in the ancient time. it's bokator.

  • @Dural03 Sorry to be a smart-ass, but UFC aint a sport.

  • @NakThai i know what you mean, but in my defense, i was just using the UFC promotion as an example to practice these moves if they are combat effective against the other disciplines.

  • @Dural03 there are rules in ufc so this move is illegal

  • @Dural03 this method can kill, ufc dont use a big amount of techniques because martial arts are made to kill, and sports are sports, that's why there are so many things that people dont use at figth sports (they just can't(rules))

  • @Dural03 ?

  • @Dural03 It would. But would be risky because the other person could block the knee and you lose your height and there fore lose momentum on your elbow strike....I've seen many people get knocked out by a flying knee...

  • @Dural03 Sorry i can't post links...

  • @Dural03 it isnt allowed in many fighting sports bc of the elbow to the top of the head. that is something that is illegal in many profession mma leagues.

  • @Dural03 the flying knee is not illegal, and i think the elbow is the one that makes this fatal and illegal in mma fights. maybe,

  • @Dural03 who gives a fuck about ufc? were watching human weapon here.

  • @Dural03

There are certain illegal moves in mma, for example, you cannot kick your opponent in certain parts of the upperbody while there knocked down.

  • @Dural03 UFC is not a sport...its an organisation LOL...that move is a 12 to 6 elbow which is illegal in MMA, but you will see it in Muay Thai...

  • @Dural03 most move u cant use in ufc , en if u want to learn it go to cambodja :p

  • Sav ong baking fools
