I honestly find no reason why Kurt would sing this to Blaine. He's been totally accepted wherever he went, the only person who gave him a hard time was Finn, and that happened, what, once? This song is kind of heart breaking actually, because it symbolizes how lonely poor MJ was as kid, and how he finally found a friend in a rat in which he could relate to and formed a bond with, only for his dad to later kill it with the a trap...or did he kill it when a trap?
