  • lol i dun needa lose weight but i do need to stay with wut i got

    n its getten harder because my normal work out thing is getten easy but i dun wanna train or work out too much cuz im lazy xD

    when i was younger i used to eat 3 bowls of rice (cuz im asian) xP and never get the "full" feeling now wen i do i notice a pot belly and im working on ways to get it unpotted like push ups doin da plank worken on mah obliques n shiet but like its kinda starten too fail O.o

  • How about you talk to your doctor if you really do need to lose weight? If you do, how about you join an exercise program that can really help and motivate you? All you really need to do to lose weight, after all, is eat healthy and exercise! But plz dont feel horrid! You sound like a good person!
