I love potatoes and the casserole you made looks yummy! I think I would like to add some diced green peppers to the onion pan and saute them together before mixing in with the potatoes and cheese sauce. Thank you for getting me started on the potato casserole. Looking forward to making it!

I had it with fried chicken, and that was good. it would go with most meats--steak, porkchops, meat loaf, grilled chicken. Add a salad or green vegetable, and you will have a wonderful dinner!

Love it. Anything with potato and cheese and i'm going to love it :-D One of my favourite dinners in your potato fans. I have it at least once a week. Although sometimes i slice them all the way through and lay the slices down and season them. It takes less time to cook but its harder to circulate the butter. xXx
