Don't forget that when you make recording you can easily play accords on Mopho by simple multitracking; break up the accord into different tracks and record the notes separately (C-E-G = Cmajor)...so in reality you got a polyphonic synth in Mopho! :-)
@AnalogX1 i would say access's range is prettier and and moogs are about equal with most of DSIs but that being said the prophet 08 is damn sexy Its taking alot of will power not to essentially blow £1500 on one
@docBOSS1444 You could but It would sound thin. You need more low end speaker range..Better off using a stereo power amp and monitor type or stage speakers.
@tragedybysyntax: you'll end up paying a lot more for those vintage synths. The bang for the buck on the Mopho is HUGE. Plus, I've owned a Pro-One in the 90's... sounds great but the construction quality, feel and keyboard playability is terrible. It also would need a MIDI retrofit if you wanted to sequence/sync it.

Audio quality aside, I think Dave Smith Instruments produce the most aesthetically pleasing keyboards on the market bar none. JMO.

@docBOSS1444 your best bet is to use an amp that can hit the low sounds better such as a bass amp or what I use which is a peavey kb5.
