yeah, uft has worldwide reputation, waterloo wilfred loreal, macmaster and many other unis might be good for many undergraduatae courses, but if you go to US, and you show a Waterloo degree, they are gonna like, what the fuck is waterloo, and thats true, Uof Toronto is recognisable all around the world, the word TORONTO is more than enough..1 more thing, for international students its really easy getting here compared to mediocore US universities.

The average to get into uoft varies depending on the program. I'm in Life Sciences so the average to get in is an A (about 85%)....i think a B+ (around) 75% is roughly the minimum though

@Mastereology Varies between programs. Like Humanities & Social sciences are always Mid 70s - Low 80s and Life Sciences are 85+ Not sure about Business

I applied and got admitted to UofT, and UBC. Right now I'm very hesitant, slightly inclined to accept UBC's offer over UofT. Now if there's anyone out there who think who can save me from making a BIG mistake for not going to UofT please tell me. Because I like UBC's weather, scenery, and research, and timesonline has ranked UBC higher than UofT. People say UofT is much better though in terms of lectures & grads. so, Vancouver or St. George, that is the question!plz help me make the rightchoice!

UofT is the top uni in canada. Period. But there are some programs at other unis that are slightly better due to co-op. The question u want to ask yourself is, would u ever like to work anywhere around the world or just canada? If the answer is the world, choose UofT.

hey, i'm going into my fourth year at uoft (st.george), and i just spent a month on the ubc campus through the explore program. you must go to ubc. it's an amazing place. uoft is okay. ubc's campus is much nicer and the city is so chill. i love ubc.
