Not true lazier, Amndmt 47 takes away an employers ability to become a union shop. Also allows non members to recieve our same benefits, without paying. Is the masons, or the elks going to let you join their club without paying the membership fees? What about health clubs? I dont think so. Same deal. You want to work for a union shop, pay dues. You dont want to work union, go to a non union shop.
Utter BS!! These amendments don't out law unions. Nor would they hinder there voice! All 47 does is allow you to work at a job and not me a member of the union. 49 doesn't allow for union dues to be deducted out of a government paycheck. Does that mean the union member isn't allowed to pay his dues? Hell no, a member will still be able to pay union dues, it is now just not atomatically deducted out of his paycheck.
