There's a way out: Invading China or India and enslaving the population and just make them make all what you need.. then you won't have to pay anything back, and won't need the iraqi free oil either :)
Talking about USA Exports. Im 34 years old and I live in Northern Ireland. I can remember 3 things in my whole lifetime that I know were made in USA. That was the Atari Jaguar video game console in 1993. A construction site machine in 1997 which had a "Built with pride in the USA" sticker on it. Finally the only other thing is those magic tree car air fresheners say made in USA. Everything else is local food, made in china or Japan electrical goods or made in Europe or Great Britain.
Hate to break it to you, but the "American Government" and I use that term loosely. Has been bankrupt since the "Great Depression". In fact our Nation filed for bankruptcy by declaring our gold be given to the Federal Reserve as Collateral for issuing "Evidences of Indebtedness". Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111 and Executive Order 6260. Senate Report 93-549, pgs. 187 & 594 under the "Trading With The Enemy Act". We are trading the labor of "The People" in exchange for a note of debt.
Wow. The average minimum full time wage is $750. A Tradesman can earn $1500 a week (in socialist Australia). I can't believe you went down the greed road and didn't see it.
I am from India. My forefather used to come here to learn and they were proud of it. Now when i came here. I felt like i am teaching americans. They dont know shit here any more. I talk to my dad about this and he said its history that every nation that goes up comes down and it time for America now. American abused their power all over the world and now they are destined for doom. He already converted all his dollar to either Gold or chineese yen. Interesting. I m getting good offer from india
@limeheadrickey We're going to be the end of us, I think is more accurate. People continue to purchase cheap, Chinese goods. Many are so caught up in the party system that they fail to realize that they're being screwed from both ends. It's not just Obama. It's our inability to stand up to the bad choices our government is making. Most of us are more concerned with our new iPhone, Hybrid car, wardrobe, and so on. If we can't get our act together, we deserve this pending collapse.
One thing that I would like to add is that those people up there distroying this country are all collage educated people so I dont buy the get better education thing just look at those running it. they are running our country into the ground. the more educated the less they know about the real world... Or care!
“The U.S. trade deficit is a bigger threat to the domestic economy than either the federal budget deficit or consumer debt and could lead to ‘political turmoil.’ Pretty soon, I think there will be a big adjustment.” -- Warren Buffett
An Inflation-Neutral Balanced Trade System (BTS), inspired by Warren Buffett’s 2003 Import Certificate Plan is introduced at the top of page 4 of the Pdf, which is available at:
US consumers consumer more than they produce. All US states spend more than they earn (state deficits). US as a country consumes more and has a huge trade deficit. US govt spends more than their treasury earns (budget deficit). As an example, most US college students cant live without an iPhone whose real cost is around $700.
I like the video, but hate that it is true. Our government is a epic failure. It's like they see something that they know is going to be devastating, and begin to see how fast they can impliment it. Let's get the kids to be too stupid to do anything but be on government assistance. Let's make it too hard for a company to grow and create jobs. Let's make it too hard to provide for your family. Good job, guys. Destroy the last, best place on Earth to prosper.
There are multiple ways we could improve manufacturing. This country now has the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Japan was #1 but just decreased their corporate tax rate.Between state and federal any profits brought back to the US could be as high as 50%. Whats the incentive? I think the Great Depression will be pleasantville in comparison to what we are facing.
I understand your concerns but there is a lot more you failed to see. The website you have based this vid on is a scam site.Just look at the Ebay auctions . All those supposed gold coins are just gold plated junk. These people are feeding off your fears and winning. This might be a good way for you to expand your channel, but at what cost? Forget the Peter Schiff/Ron Paul ideology. They have lied to you............................................................. Everyone has something to sell.
i think us is jsut behind UK we were also produces and traders to the rest of the world and we were really rich and most powerful country in the world and then the trade stoped i swear us is end up jsut like uk = CCTV, no guns or knifes and much less freedom :(
Steve, the educational dilemma is best illustrated by the US Congress. If that is the best that this country can produce, then God help us. They should show up tomorrow and vow not to leave until they learn the 3 R's- Reality, Responsibility and Reason. It's to bad Ethics doesn't start with an R.
hey steve good information as always from you thanks. i am 27 and have a family do you think joining the millitary would be a bad idea in this day and age. i have wanted to for a long time but now i am running out of options
It's already too late for anything to change. You remind me of myself a few years ago. I still had hope things could be changed, but I realize now that nothing will change until there is a catstrophic collapse.Although I do not agree with everything Dimitri Orlov writes in his "Five Stages of Collapse", I do agree we are in a stage similar to that of the USSR where the large institutions limp along on autopilot until the ultimate collapse. who knows how long we have, but it's coming
Rags to riches in one generation; riches to rags in three. It's natural history like death and taxes. Well, with the Republican party, forget the taxes!!!
Thank you for posting. The funny thing about those countries that are handing America its ASS. Well the ideas that they are using to such great success, originated HERE in AMERICA. We exported our blueprint for success to there shores. And now they're using it against us. Keep up the good work and keep sharing the knowledge!!!
@whateverujoke We need not prepare for the end of the world because it's not coming from hyperinfaltion. If you want to continue operating in a western consumerist model replacing a Mc mansion with bomb shelter and a import car for a 4X4 thinking this will insulate you from the rest of the word have fun.
@ITILII Boom and Bust. If you think Krugman is a puppet, then Reagan was an enigma. When Reagan was a liberal Democrat, he idolized FDR. Just like with his acting career, he changed roles and political parties with his changing fortunes. A B-actor at best and a failed acting role as president.
Great video. These are some great stats and points. However, the Politicians are not stupid. These things that you point out are and have been intentionally created in order to implode our currency and country in order to bring in global governance. I know you are aware of this- so talk about it. Say it the way it is. It's too late. We are WAY past the point of no return. The time of discussion is over. There is only one thing to do now- PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE...
@2000HocusPocus as if the Republicans weren't the other side of the coin. Krugman is a bought and paid for lackey mouthpiece, his masters annointed him with the Nobel prize just as they did to Barack. Use alternative sources for information, not the corporate owned politicians and media. They just want you controlled, docile and obedient to their agendas. Provide for yourselves and help others who are of like mind to do the same. Use critical thinking and pray or guidance and strength, friends
The US National Debt is more than 202 trillion dollars and there is no fixing it. Unfunded Liabilities are at 112.5 trillion and going up 1 million dollars every seven seconds. See usdebtclock com. That amounts to more than a million dollars for each taxpayer. The US Economy and US dollar are cooked and in for a big devaluation ...
great vid and I agree that the system is totally corrupt and on the edge, but I notice you the 1 dollar per second analogy quite often, I would use a $ / person or analogy or something else since any large amount of $ > billion would take a long time per second to pay off.
@axiomsrs Yes, but that doesn't hit home as much as saying X dollar / per person , the $/second analogy is just too nebulous when we're talking about millions / billions or trillions.. Like, when I buy a new car I don't calculate the $ per second, but if they tell me I owe $30,000 then it's easier to grasp.
This collapse is by design, the NWO needs to dismantle the U.S. because they want a one world government, a one world currency, a one world court, a one world police and military. People should watch the documentary "Psywar" and "Iron Mountain" Slavery through poverty
Great job. We need to get back to our founding Constitutional principles, a free market economy, and Christian values. We need to unite as Americans and put America first.
I would just like to bring one point to this discussion. I am in the "manufacturing" field (or whats left of it). I was laid off a year ago, and now the jobs that are out there in my field are paying roughly HALF the already meager wage I was earning before. I dont know about you guys , but have your living expenses been reduced at all? Mine sure havent, and in fact, most have gone up. Steve tries to convey a sense of urgency in this video(cudos Steve) but it is FAR worse than we can even grasp.
"Obama's Media Machine: State Run Media 2.0?" "They're opening the door to kicking the press out of historic events, and opening the door to having a very filtered format for which they give the American public information that doesn't have any criticism allowed," said University of Minnesota journalism professor and political communication analyst Heather LaMarre. Look up on ABCNews.
Pres. Reagan generated a deficit of 2 trillion dollars over his terms; however, you forget to note and also point out that during that same period, he grew the economy by 9 trillion dollars and erased both double-digit inflation and interest rates - ending the stagflation of the late 70's.
Also, you forget to note that Reagan's defense build-up forced the ending of the Cold-War and Communist expansion - and since related spending was cut by 81%, we had record tax revenues
Biggest debtors in the last 30 years were Reagan and GWB, in that order. They bleed the beast, over and over, and kicked the can down the road. Just ask David Stockman!!!
"Geithner Quietly Tells Obama Debt-to-GDP Cost Poised to Increase to Record" - look it up on Bloomberg. "Barack Obama may lose the advantage of low borrowing costs as the U.S. Treasury Department says what it pays to service the national debt is poised to triple amid record budget deficits".
@Kevin76048 FYI, the current population of the US is 306,531,009, meaning that more than half of the US is working. Out of the whole population, 11.1 million are out of work, 43 million are elderly (65+), 48 million are stay-at-home moms/dads, and 73 million are children under 18.
@MrDshealy - What is your point? I can read the census stats as well as the next guy but that has nothing to do with my comment.. I was referring to the attitude of the avg Joe American citizen. They are focused on American Idol, sports, or what's "hot" on entertainment TV instead of focusing their time and money on beans, bullets, and band-aids.
the corperations created the chinese monster....350 million people cant possibly pay down 14 trillion of debt....once the petro dollar is gone north america will become the new mexico....looks like the fall of Rome..good video i subbed
Prepping is hard when you have blind and dumb family members and only yourself to get things together while still having to pay bills. I think I am going to run out of time before I can get all my prepping stuff in order.
@FoodOrFail its a shame, what you said is precisely the solution..yet...so many will think your crazy or say, no way, ..ill never make that adjustment
This blog seems to stretch out these "21 signs" quite a lot. I mean I know one relates to jobs and one to output, but 20,19, 18,15 1410 and 6 are basically the same. And who cares if this happens? In case anyone hadn't realised, manafacturing jobs in almost all the OECDS has declied in the last 30 years, america is not alone on that.
Steve, yes, the policies of the last 30 years have put us in a "tight spot" but the real problem today is competitiveness. We had no equal after WWII and now we do (BRIC countries). With all the fear mongers on the web and sniping from the kitchen, I'm surprised that SC has not seceded and printed its own currency?
@2000HocusPocus From what I'm hearing we are in the begining stages of coming out with our on currency...Also talked with a state rep. who told me that there would be civil war in the future...God bless...
Good video. I have been preping for over a year now and it looks worse now than when I started. Could you do a video on sound money and how to use sound money in the time of a collapse. Thanks.
The beginning of the end was LBJs Great Society. That brought in welfare, affirmative action, forced integration with the resulting collapse of our schools and cities. Schools have to be dumbed down producing kids that are functionally illiterate. More rules. Congress bought and paid for. No accountability anywhere especially in DC. And here we are boys and girls.
All good points. There are some who would still use the argument that the system we have is better than an alternative of no government (regarding Federal and State, also County at times). I think the alternative of no government is desirable even without them driving us into the ground. And that they clearly are, should be a wake-up call.
Good vid Steve. We can not avoid a big economic Depression at this point. It will tank, the question is "when", not IF. They can only print money to put it off. This is buying us time and we should use it. The world knows this collectively as well and things are already being put in place to replaced the dollar. They know it's coming too. Americans better get ready to live without cheap food and fuel. Prepare for what is coming, because it's coming.
The US was gutted by design by the bankers who own the Federal Reserve. Our govt was seized by the bankers in 1913. Study history & you will see that House, Keynes, the "great" economists who designed our debt-based fiat system, were admitted communists. Rockefeller & Rothschild were globalists (1 world fascists govt with bankers owning everything.) America has been conquered from within by bankers who "own" politicians. They deindustrialized Am in order to make Am powerless. PrisonPlanet.TV
Americans travelling overseas telling people they are Canadian! Bloody hilarious, like we can't tell the difference.
News shows in allied countries openly laughing at the U.S. govt! Hardly a week goes by, where the news readers here in Aus don't joke about the mess the U.S. has got itself into. First with Bush jr, then QE, QE2, and now the US puppets (Egypt & Yemen) being challenged by the citizens.
I admit tho, I do love my Smith & Wesson knives... all made in China!
Public schools are designed to fail, that's why if you look at the leaders in government, multinational companies & 95% of self made billionaires send their kids to private schools. Don't kid your self, Mcdonalds, Burger King & WalMart all need public school attendees.
1st off Americans are smart, you don't rise to the board of director level of a multinational company by being an idiot.. this was all done by design, nothing like this just happens. The ones that pull the strings have this all well under control & they plan to make even more money off it. Sad but true..
We work, pay federal tax. Our employers pay federal tax, but must try and compete in the "free" market, so the tax is passed to the consumer and producer. Which results in a lower VALUE the employee is left with. We then pay tax when we spend, not once, but TWICE. The tax that a company like chevron pays just fixes it to the price of a gallon of gas. The company essentially does not get taxed. The CONSUMER does. The left trys to demonize "big business" this way. Think about that.
SAR, we are all, americans, born into slavery. Working in-directly for the government. American quality of life is extremly low. But it is very hard to clearly see this. We are not taxed as a form of revenue for american infrastructure. The government machine is much much too large to facilitate efficiency.
I agree with everything you've said except for one thing.........."If our country doesn't change quick fast and in a hurry, something is going to crash." Steve, it's already too late. Every politician would suddenly have to be willing to cut their own throat, and they'd have to be willing to do it for multiple election cycles just to get things under control. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! It's too late. We just need to prepare, survive, and put ourselves in position to make a positive difference.
You should not say "big business" in conjuction with government. You may not realize it but, "big business" is a common desription or synonym of simple capitalism in corporate form. AKA - companys producing a good or SERVICE, FREELY, without government infringment. You have good points but I think they are muddled and fizzled out by some confusion. Do not get defensive regarding this comment. I believe we are on the same side, pro-small gov. I am simply trying to build some clarity here.
no big secret stevo, in 91, we had a 50cal,on the rcvr. was stamped: manufactured ac delco sparkplug division,flint,mi.1943. now we get crew srved weapons from FN aka:belgium. we must stop corp.greed and influence in D.C.
It's all apart of the plan. A plan by design. Somebody is benefitting, or gonna benefit from it. Only one way I can see to stop or slow it down now, and thats to GET RON PAUL IN 2012. Other than that, we're screwed. Tell all your family and friends about the TRUTH, because the news will NOT.
@jwgbmp40 the Secrect of Oz is surely worth watching. Found very interesting the part where it talks about how Dorothy's shoes were originally written as being made of silver but were amended to be shoes made of ruby.
no big secret stevo. got out of the Corps in 92, been workin in the auto industry ever since. free trade is killin us. corp.america is exploiting 3rd world labor, just like they did here b4 the rise of unions & workers rights. in 91, we had a 50cal,on the receiver was stamped: manufactured ac delco sparkplug division, flint, mi. 1943. where do our crew served weapons come from now sir?..we must stop corporate greed & influence in D.C.
Excellent video. The true of the matter is this is a planned collapse of America. Both the democrats and republicans are on board with the New World Order. Globalization of government just like they globalized American corporations. I am afraid it is too late to fix America and at this point I am looking forward to the complete collapse. Tired of being told I am crazy for preparing. The whole shithouse is going up in flames and when the welfare checks stop printing it'll be time to load up.
It's all planned, SAR. The elites in government AND the multinational corporations (ones who partner with gov't) have intended since WWII to gradually "harmonize" the United States with the world at large. Tax, regulate (including onerous eco-nazi regulations), suffocate. Look at domestic corporate tax rate. 2nd highest.
Gov't indoctrination centers...the end result of Dewey's Hegelian and Prussian influences. Too involved to go over here....we made our bed over DECADES, we'll now sleep in it.
@mung0jerry One last thing. Remember that Nixon visited China in '72 and sharpening the teeth of the tiger began in earnest at our expense. Over the last three decades, the Export-Import Bank and USAID has subsidized U.S. companies to build out in China. The profits are privatized (and a large percentage of the revenue generated has to remain in China by their dictate) while the costs incurred are socialized....This stuff has been going on for a loooooong time and nobody cared. Now? we're done.
So what's the citizen supposed to do. He has to be educated on what is happening in the economy. He must also be educating himself on the manufacturing of individual needed goods. When he can't afford goods from china anymore because of economic collapse, he needs to be able to set up a factory here in the USA to serve local USA needs. Technological know how is easily lost. You must practice it to know how to do it and do it well. Have basic tooling in a garage and know how to make more.
@URBANAMERICANTAC Ron Paul is not our only hope. People have to take individual responsiblity and understand what is happening in our government and the rest of the world. Ron Paul is a good example of what everybody should be striving for. He can't fix all our problems by himself and he would end up being corrupted or killed at some point. There must be a mass movement of the people to correct the laws the corporations put on the books. They do not favor the citizens of this country.
It never hurts to be prepared for a disaster. You can only survive so long on stored rations, ammo and fuel. You want to head off disaster before it starts. And that means understanding what is happening to the economy. You have to sift through the lies and propaganda that is out there. This takes money and manpower. Wealthy people have already done this and taken steps to benefit from it. Average people have no one looking out for them. Govt is for the wealthy and corportations not citizens.
The big companies and wealthy investors are the ones that benefit from the moving jobs overseas. They create a situation where they maximize the money they make. You can't tax imports because they won't allow it. They have big money invested in china. There is no way they would allow imports to be taxed even though it would benefit the USA. Trade war. Bring it on. As long as big companies make the laws in this country, the citizens are screwed.
With all of the political BS people love to spout these days I'm glad to see that you put the blame on the government, and not just the current administration. All too often people complain about the current administration (no matter which one it is) and this is not something that just "happened" over the last two years or the eight prior, or the prior eight, or the prior four, or the prior eight. This feces has been building for decades!
great vid.i highly suggest not saving 1 usa dollar at this point it will be worth 5 cents in 2 years, however i understand your point on teaching your kids budgets and saving money may mean saving metals.
SafeArmsReview. That Gadsden flag in the background will tag you as a "Possible terrorist" Crazy it had gotten to this point.
Here's what people don't seem to understand...
Say people got mad enough and took to the streets (Hypothetically) they took down the Government. The Rockefellers,Soros,Rothschild's etc, just wait till the dust settles down and continues on about their business of NWO, or "Globalization as they like to call it now days. (You see the problem here?)
Saying "Forget the deficit, lets worry about the debt." is like saying "forget the huge hole in the boat, lets worry about the water." I hope you realize it's ALL BY DESIGN. pointing out and analyzing the symptoms, and even informing others and changing our behavior will only make us feel better about ourselves as we whistle past the grave yard.
But yes, you are right. We can't just give up. We need to show Egyptians that Americans know how to throw a party also.
totally agree with you about being way beyond the point of return. but this is the case for the world not just us. And South Korea's got their share of problems, on top of the fact that they have the world's lowest birth rate at 1.14 with a relatively small/medium population of about 48 million.
Still working on heat. It looks like there was a crazy run on the Yukon M1950 tent stove since the end of last year when some YT people reviewed it. I might have to go with an alternative.
@whateverujoke every onther country that has suffered hyperinflation has survived why not us? Last I checked Argentina is still around, and russia and the mixed bag of african nations that have passed thru the hyperinflation tornado.
@doomcannon445 Because this would wipeout the entire middle class. There would be the filthy rich and the rest of us...thats all that would be left. Argentina has hardly any middleclass and many many slums....same with Russia and the rest.
A banker friend told me dollars dumping .. exact words.. Also iI think South Carolina wants its own currency cause Fed is ending . We gotta buy local and think where every dollar we spend ends up.. Examples (china or corporations) Lookup FREE TRADE ZONES in USA !!!
Great articles on economiccollapseblog also like endoftheamericandream. Unfortunatly putting a 100% tax on imports would make things even worse. The answer is to repeal taxes and regulations on US manufacturers to make US products more competitve. Protectionism historically has been disastrous and has always been a tempting road to go down.
how DARE you call for protectionism. That's not free trade. It's communist, it's socialist. America must not protect its industries. Austrian Economics free trade is wonderful. protectionism is not free trade, we must deregulate even further. i hate paying american's a fair wage, we must get rid of wage laws and have americans compete with slave labor, becuz that's free trade.
the U.S. deficit has been going up w/every Administration since Theodore Roosevelt (check it out), while the U.S. dollar has been devalued since the early 20th century (& coincidentally, IRS, Federal Reserve established & dollar taken off the gold standard). Our country has been controlled by globalist & Dems/Reps have contributed to this situation (this vid is correct)! let us take back our govt from the globalist & prepare 4 even harder times. get ready, every1!
We run the WTO and WB, The reason we don't tax foreign goods is that we want access to their markets, and we understand that tariffs cause conflicts and wars. I thought you understood that tariffs are counterproductive. They are bad for your relationship with your neighbors and they are just as bad for our relationship with our neighboring nations.
Under-developed nations rely on resource extraction. Developing nations rely on manufacturing and transformation industries. developed nations rely on the service industry. Now why the hell would we ever want to go back to working in factories?!
@IanLeblanc123 A service based economy doesn't create wealth nor does it lead to a sustainable economic environment. The nation that makes things that people want to buy is the nation that actually creates wealth and which, ultimately, owns the service based economy. The Chinese, btw, are currently buying up infrastructure in my city and state. The country that makes things, wins.
@TheTruthVibrations This has to be the most idiotic comment I've read in quite some time, let me make sure I'm clear on this, so the guy that works at the factory deserves to LOSE his job, because the owner could no longer afford to pay him, even though he was a model employee? You obviously have a screw LOOSE!
I guess you didn't see whose comment I was responding to. The only way for America to recover now is for them to bring all the troops home, close their borders and put tariffs on manufactured goods, send all the illegals back to mexico and do a real investigation of 911.
O.K. the reds were going to nuke us in the 60's and the japanese were going to buy up the U.S.A. lock stock and barrel in the 80's and "corprate greed" was goingto kill the U.S. economy in the 90's so what makes this hard time the one that will kill us? Why is everyone focused on a history that has yet to be written. You shall not know the hour or the day?
"the toilet" was made in china. seriously folks, who opened china to investment? henry kissinger. yes, chinese are getting rich but so are many americans with shares in int'l corps invested in china.
rome collapsed because it couldn't afford to defend itself. rome went broke paying for chinese silk.
start with eliminating the fed. get in the streets and end the wars. don't use credit cards. buy local and used and whenever possible, either recycle or do without.
You talk about the states which can no longer support all their services, i.e. retirement, pensions, health care, etc... thats already happening. Just look at the recent news of states being able to file bankruptcy.
Americans are lazy...its sad to say becuz we once was the Greatest country in the world. We now are very low in the ranks...we have become fat, lazy people who depend on food stamps and social security each month.
Ya I cant see us recovering either. Thats why I am quietly getting ready. Buying equipment, food, etc. Ready for the day that SHTF from financial collapse.
After being devastated in WW2, Europe and Japan offered no competition to the USA. Once they built up their factories again, by the 70s, they squeezed the USA.
There seems to be endless speculation and conversation about the declining economy, but relatively little talk about the root cause and solution. None of this could have happened if congress hadn't handed over control of the nation's currency and credit to the fed. None of this will end until competition is allowed and/or control is regained. End of story. The rest is just bitching about the color of the drapes. Is a Government legitimate that attacks it's citizens?
i read a dave ramsey book where i think the number were in 1912, total farms/homes bank owned were 2%. in 2002, all but 2% were owned by the bank. see were it goes from here? down hit quick fast and in a hurry.
the best thing we can do as individuals is to pay off our personal debts, stay out of debt and buy everything we need from small businesses / Ma & Pa stores. This will not fix all of our problem but it will help a lot. As long as we keep buying all our product from China, Big corporations will keep sending our jobs to China.
I see only one way to start fixiing this problem. Total colon cleansing of Washington DC. They all must go and I don't see a "vote" doing that. Just saying. Hmmmmmm.
Now more than ever is the time to be sure of the God you serve. America has run it's course but was never meant to be a replacement for the Kingdom of God. It was a country that helped deliver the message of the Gospel but now it a mockery. Nothing is going to stop prophecy but repentance and trust in the Lord can stop the demise of the sinner. With all the wickedness that America promotes it is no surprise the judgment of God is upon the land. Cling to the Rock. Jesus is salvation.
thanks for the truth sir!

Before NAFTA, USA economy represented about 60% of the World's GDP. Now it is just about 24% of the world's GDP.
We are totally screwed. Political parties fanatics are going to defend Democrats or Republicans.
Don't waste your time with that shit. Both of them (Mafia Families) screwed us big time.

It's already too late for anything to change. You remind me of myself a few years ago. I still had hope things could be changed, but I realize now that nothing will change until there is a catstrophic collapse.Although I do not agree with everything Dimitri Orlov writes in his "Five Stages of Collapse", I do agree we are in a stage similar to that of the USSR where the large institutions limp along on autopilot until the ultimate collapse. who knows how long we have, but it's coming

great vid and I agree that the system is totally corrupt and on the edge, but I notice you the 1 dollar per second analogy quite often, I would use a $ / person or analogy or something else since any large amount of $ > billion would take a long time per second to pay off.

@axiomsrs Yes, but that doesn't hit home as much as saying X dollar / per person , the $/second analogy is just too nebulous when we're talking about millions / billions or trillions..

Americans better get ready to live without cheap food and fuel. Prepare for what is coming, because it's coming.

JimzOnDroid 1 year ago
SAR, we are all, americans, born into slavery. Working in-directly for the government. American quality of life is extremly low. But it is very hard to clearly see this. We are not taxed as a form of revenue for american infrastructure. The government machine is much much too large to facilitate efficiency.
JimzOnDroid 1 year ago
I agree with everything you've said except for one thing.........."If our country doesn't change quick fast and in a hurry, something is going to crash." Steve, it's already too late. Every politician would suddenly have to be willing to cut their own throat, and they'd have to be willing to do it for multiple election cycles just to get things under control. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! It's too late. We just need to prepare, survive, and put ourselves in position to make a positive difference.
veritasfiles 1 year ago
You should not say "big business" in conjuction with government. You may not realize it but, "big business" is a common desription or synonym of simple capitalism in corporate form. AKA - companys producing a good or SERVICE, FREELY, without government infringment. You have good points but I think they are muddled and fizzled out by some confusion. The whole shithouse is going up in flames and when the welfare checks stop printing it'll be time to load up.
highlanderhillfarm 1 year ago
It's all planned, SAR. The elites in government AND the multinational corporations (ones who partner with gov't) have intended since WWII to gradually "harmonize" the United States with the world at large. Tax, regulate (including onerous eco-nazi regulations), suffocate. Look at domestic corporate tax rate. 2nd highest.

mung0jerry 1 year ago
@mung0jerry One last thing. Remember that Nixon visited China in '72 and sharpening the teeth of the tiger began in earnest at our expense. Over the last three decades, the Export-Import Bank and USAID has subsidized U.S. companies to build out in China. The profits are privatized (and a large percentage of the revenue generated has to remain in China by their dictate) while the costs incurred are socialized....This stuff has been going on for a loooooong time and nobody cared. Now? we're done.
mung0jerry 1 year ago
So what's the citizen supposed to do. He has to be educated on what is happening in the economy. He must also be educating himself on the manufacturing of individual needed goods. When he can't afford goods from china anymore because of economic collapse, he needs to be able to set up a factory here in the USA to serve local USA needs. Technological know how is easily lost. You must practice it to know how to do it and do it well. Have basic tooling in a garage and know how to make more.

RON PAUL IS OUR ONLY HOPE!!!!!!!!!!
URBANAMERICANTAC 1 year ago
@URBANAMERICANTAC Ron Paul is not our only hope. People have to take individual responsiblity and understand what is happening in our government and the rest of the world. Ron Paul is a good example of what everybody should be striving for. He can't fix all our problems by himself and he would end up being corrupted or killed at some point. There must be a mass movement of the people to correct the laws the corporations put on the books. They do not favor the citizens of this country.
westin1985 1 year ago
It never hurts to be prepared for a disaster. You can only survive so long on stored rations, ammo and fuel. You want to head off disaster before it starts. And that means understanding what is happening to the economy. You have to sift through the lies and propaganda that is out there. This takes money and manpower. Wealthy people have already done this and taken steps to benefit from it. Average people have no one looking out for them. Govt is for the wealthy and corportations not citizens.
westin1985 1 year ago
The big companies and wealthy investors are the ones that benefit from the moving jobs overseas. They create a situation where they maximize the money they make. You can't tax imports because they won't allow it. They have big money invested in china. There is no way they would allow imports to be taxed even though it would benefit the USA. Trade war. Bring it on. As long as big companies make the laws in this country, the citizens are screwed.

@whateverujoke every onther country that has suffered hyperinflation has survived why not us? Last I checked Argentina is still around, and russia and the mixed bag of african nations that have passed thru the hyperinflation tornado.
doomcannon445 1 year ago
@doomcannon445 Because this would wipeout the entire middle class. There would be the filthy rich and the rest of us...thats all that would be left. Argentina has hardly any middleclass and many many slums....same with Russia and the rest.

TactiCali 1 year ago
how DARE you call for protectionism.

Business development 101:
Under-developed nations rely on resource extraction. Developing nations rely on manufacturing and transformation industries. developed nations rely on the service industry. Now why the hell would we ever want to go back to working in factories?!
IanLeblanc123 1 year ago

Look up Foreign Trade Zones, each state has at least one and they are TAX FREE ZONES for Corporations in the States.

After being devastated in WW2, Europe and Japan offered no competition to the USA. Once they built up their factories again, by the 70s, they squeezed the USA.
jimbobubbadj 1 year ago
There seems to be endless speculation and conversation about the declining economy, but relatively little talk about the root cause and solution. None of this could have happened if congress hadn't handed over control of the nation's currency and credit to the fed. None of this will end until competition is allowed and/or control is regained. End of story. The rest is just bitching about the color of the drapes. Is a Government legitimate that attacks it's citizens?

the best thing we can do as individuals is to pay off our personal debts, stay out of debt and buy everything we need from small businesses / Ma & Pa stores. This will not fix all of our problem but it will help a lot. As long as we keep buying all our product from China, Big corporations will keep sending our jobs to China.
Denomolise 1 year ago
@Denomolise Big corporations are sending our jobs to China because of profits. It time for tariffs.

Your correct. People forget that when a country produces, it prospers because it sells what it produces.
When it consumes (buys) it suffers because it consumes more than it produces.
Does anyone remember the history of Zimbabwe?

Now more than ever is the time to be sure of the God you serve. America has run it's course but was never meant to be a replacement for the Kingdom of God. It was a country that helped deliver the message of the Gospel but now it a mockery. Nothing is going to stop prophecy but repentance and trust in the Lord can stop the demise of the sinner. With all the wickedness that America promotes it is no surprise the judgment of God is upon the land. Cling to the Rock. Jesus is salvation.
