Sorry but you are INCORRECT my friend. This was an actual Stage track and not an extra. This is the track titled "Cerberus" (the spaceship on Stage 5) from Thunderforce 3. TF4 contained several extra tracks but not this one.

stage 6 was against Cerberus in ThunderForce 3, ThunderForce 4 had a similer mission on stage 5, but yes, this music is from ThunderForce 3,
