Awesome work. Definitely deserves a million+ views. If I could only make one suggestion with respect to all your time & effort would be to change the soundtrack.
LeChoke and Kobe sing I wanna be like Mike when they are in the locker room..The man was playing like a highschooler plays against a couple of 4th graders for a laugh..
The one thing I will remember the most about Jordan growing up is how deadly his first step was. Unmatched and really nobody I seen all those years could stay in front of him. He didn't even need to be fancy with the dribble to shake a person. His offensive and defensive abilities together just put him in another universe. Kobe is no where the defensive player, nor as quick, nor more athletic as Jordan. Jordan's is a true Legend and worldwide Icon like Ali. I can't put Kobe up there with Ali.
how do you not get ur vids blocked by youtube with the music in there from known bands? ive been blocked because of this and want to stop it from happening.
600 games in the last 6 years ?????. Forget the classic MJ Clips man, folks need to give you props for all the hard work you put into this project. That alone is amazing....
May I have the copy for both the Invincible and the outtakes videos if you don't mind? jwp.23@hotmail.com Thanks alot and most importantly, thank you very much for the great clips.
Awesome video man....great work. Amazing that you can make a 35 minute video of Jordan with just SOME of his amazing jumpshots. Dunks, steals, blocks, assists, rebounds, stifling defense not included.
Lots of MJ video on youtube is just highlights and all the fancy stuffs but this video actually show MJ's basic skill and his mid-range game. Now i can just show this video to ppl who are saying 'someone' is better or even close to MJ. Very nice video. Like Phil Jackson mentioned, MJ should not be even compared to anybody.
your videos never cease to amaze.. my favorite part is how in the info/description you lay the mindset of the opponent and Michael, the matchups and the significance of the particular game the viewer is watching.
OH MY GOD. i get so sick of people downing kobe and sayin how he isnt close to jordan ON EVERY JORDAN VIDEO i watch. OF COURSE kobe isnt/wasnt as good as jordan, even though he is one of the best EVER. the only thing that bothers me is that 99% of the jordan vs kobe comments on youtube are the ones that say jordan is better. everybody knows that. you are only arguing with yourselves.
@balltillifall88 and ur just adding fuel to the fire.. best thing for you to do is shut the fuck up and enjoy the damn video, and quit lookin at the comments and getting butthurt.
@rohw0016 lmfao... im the one telling everybody to quit bitching and appreciate kobe for kobe and jordan for jordan, and IM the one addin fuel to the fire and gettin "butthurt"? im really starting to think people on youtube just intentionally see how stupid they can be, thats the only explanation i can come up with.
@balltillifall88 I guess it depends on who you talk to. A lot of young people that never really watched Jordan play say Kobe or Lebron are better. So most of these comments are well deserved.
It's just amazing watching him leave wave after wave of devastated defenders. If you didn't watch basketball in the 90's, you missed a lot. Those Bulls vs. Knicks games during the Bulls' first 3-peat were some incredible battles.
this man was 35 years old in his last season as a bull and still was at the top of his game and the best player in the league. we was league MVP of the season. he damn near scored 50 points in his last game as a bull against the jazz in game 6 when he had 45 points plus he hit the game winner of that game to win the championship. all this at age 35....how the FUCK is kobe even in the same sentance. thats just disrespect to jordan. PERIOD
@TheRasprauve30 And don't forget to add 50pts at the age of 40 years old with the Wizards. KOBE has one MVP while Steve Nash has 2 MVP's in KOBE'S PRIME ERA!!!!!
Most remarkable thing is that on every single one of his off balance shots (especially the one's where there was contact to knock him off balance), he ALWAYS squared his shoulders up and his release NEVER changed! Textbook fundamentals INGRAINED into his DNA!!! Mind blowing.
@HooliganMovement I've always read that the greatest could do the extraordinary stuff very well but the fundamentals incredibly well since they were the base.
This video shows you the best why MJ is the greatest, its not the dunks what separate him from the rest, its this kind of incredible shots and plays. This video can save bball, not all that shit from TFB and all those how much vert.somebody have vids.Great upload, congrats man!
Only 11:48 minutes in and I know it's going to be great, because medestinier project's are always on point. And id like to point out one more thing, if you don't respect his work check out the description, how many other people on the face of the earth can say they've also done that? Hat's off to you bro I appreciate your work and i'm sure I speak for the many others as well!
Another great video. Thanks for all the hard work you put in to make this. I missed Ali, but I'm so glad I was able to watch this man play ball live. I caught Michael Jackson and Michael Jordan in their prime -- 2 of the greatest forces of nature to hit our world. Can't ask for anything more than that!
As great as MJ was I still don't think he ever showed the "entire" repertoire. He always did have an answer for all defenses but his repertoire was limitless.
23:45 i thought certain fans of a certain player said jordan can't hit jump shots over tons of defenders extended arms and hands? jordan's vert on that jump shot had to be at least 38 inches. zo and who ever else weren't even close to blocking that shot and they jumped with all their might lmao. jordan was 32 when he made that jumper....he easily has made the most diffcult shots in nba history look routine
@waff1eirontmacsplat jordan shitted on players with a true fade away jump shot. that shit the corn balls in the nba due today isn't the samething. jordan's fade actually covered distance when he shot his...... the clone just does a turn around jumper shit is quite weak
I think one of the best clips that sums up his greatness is at 22:53. He is in The Omni in Atlanta, hits a game winning shot against the home team, and EVERYONE jumps up and cheers. Who else does that happen for?
6:30 HOW THE HELL DID HE HIT THAT SHOT? I MEAN THE DEFENSIVE PLAYER WAS ALL OVER HIM! HE COULDN'T HAVE PLAYED HIM ANY BETTER AND HE STILL HIT IT! It must be extremely frustrating to play defense like that and still the MJ be hitting shots like that CONSISTNENLY! What do u guys think?
Dude! Do u have a personal collection of those 600 games or did u watch them online? Very good video but I think it woulda been better had u shown how did Michael finish the shots at the beginning! Other than that u did a very good job! Keep up the good work! Peace!
look how fast he reacts to the d at the play at 10:16.fake for the jump shot and retract really quick and takes two hard left hand dribbles to the rim. at this stage of mj's career his opponents all respect his drives by backing off really quick when he is shaking his body like that at the beginning. they also have to respect jordan in your face jumpshot by biting into his pump fake. it is simply unguardable. not to mention his amazing quickness and tremendous dribbling skill left and right.
Not to repeat myself, as I tend to do on all your videos, but this was a great video. This, and the outtakes video, just solidifies the fundamentals and the 'non-highlight' reel plays MJ did.
I love the two sets of plays: 15:10 - 15:24 and 30:34 - 30:49. MJ always setup his defender like that. He posts up, fakes left, shoots a fade-away from his right shoulder. Next time he fakes left, then fakes the fade-away, getting the defender to bite, and goes up and under for a layup. It's those types of things that he did that not many people notice. Even the last play, his game winner, at 33:45 - the previous play he drove hard right and got past Russel. Next time he stops on a dime.
an idea for a movie because i've always wanted to see it would be a movie sorted by every move. he has so many signature moves it would be cool to see how many times he has done it and at what stage of his career did he use it. did the move evolve over time as he got older kind of stuff. i think thatd be cool.
@TheRasprauve30 As great as Kobe is, he's not even on the same planet as Michael Jordan. No one is. Kobe has a similar style to MJ but that's about it. It's obvious that Kobe modeled his game after Jordan.
There is a pretty sick song called The Kobe Jordan Song, youtube video, itunes all that.
