Machinima is not illegal and considering Black Ops had theatre mode put into it for videos to be made for youtube, it would not be shut down. They even have a partnership with youtube now to post black ops videos on youtube. Battlefield 3 and MW3 always have theatre mode. Also, the senators who proposed the bill said it would not affect youtube, so we have no worries.
