  • lovely ending

  • Sweet! Nice playing and great song! I, too, am 26, married, play guitar, but no kids yet!

  • I like your Guiter

    very beautiful tone !

  • Wonderful piece of instrumental plagiarism you have accomplished. And plagiarism in a positive meaning of course, skilfully played and the fact that I like Queen might be the reason I like it.

  • Thanks. If you want to see the original, watch Edgar Cruz. He's the man that started it. It's fucking awesome. I'm just a working father who enjoys playing.

  • Video uploaded by willpoire, and you're the one greeting and being thankful for someone else's kudos? May you two be the same person but with several accounts? In this case, perhaps two?

  • Yes. The owner of Acoustica is me, Will. My brother and I both play guitar. In hopes of feeding off of our subscribers, we are combining an account.

  • Oops. Sorry. I posted from the channel I plan on launching in December, Acoustica. Basically, I'm trying to reserve my music for that channel to make this one my personal. Likewise, JesusLiedForYou is my freethinking debate channel should I get around to debating again.

  • ugh I'm learning this now on guitar and it's soooo difficult lol

  • does anyone have the tablature to this arrangement?

  • Cracking effort, this is one of the hardest songs to play that I have ever come across. Just to actually get something that sounds remotely like the original is an achivement in my book. THis surpassesd that. Kudos to you and anyone else with the patience to attempt this

  • wow, this was great!!!

i've just started learning this on classical guitar, not sure if it's the same arrangement you've got tho. its bloody impossible, i'd take my hat off to you, except i dont atually own one...

and as for the people saying it didnt sound very good...

ffs... classical guitar is way harder than electric or acoustic, so :P

and the few mistakes you did make are covered up by the aceness :D

    lol

once again, great job mate :D

  • Thank you. Good luck with your arrangement. I've the official tablature as arranged by Edgar Cruz himself.

  • really??

ooh, would you be able to email it me at all?

  • even though, yeah i no, its kinda plagerism :P:P hehe

  • why do u think its harder then acoustic

  • i play classical mainly, and i've always found it much harder to play than the others. Its mainly getting the sound out, as classical guitars generally much quieter than the others, and, as you have to pluck the strings harder to get a good sound, i always find it easier to "twang" the strings, or fumble notes, etc on classical.

also, as the top three strings are nylon, not metal, they dont have any grip, so it's easy to slip your fingers on the fretboard, etc

    just my oppinion, really though.

  • That looks soooooooooo fucking hard! good job man!

  • Attaboy, William! Grandpa

  • nice man seriously!

  • he is good eh? (canadian style)

  • nice man, good effort, keep it up.

  • Great effort in fairness. I'm sure that by now you ironed out the bugs. Would like to see it done again. Keep it up. The harmonics must be a bitch.

  • Give the guy a break. BR on a classical guitar s damn near impossible.

  • I got the Tabs xD I am still learning it though.

  • That Sucked the mistakes was terrible and very consistant

  • "That Sucked[sic] the mistakes was[sic] terrible and very consistant"

I cannot wait to see a video of you showcasing your guitar skills! Thanks for watching.

  • dude you are great but the sound wasnt great

  • was it just me or did he go a note out around 1:50

    not much feel either

    soz man

  • how much that tab?

  • u should just give us the tabs

  • You should just purchase the transcription...like I did.

  • learn sheet music and notes on the neck and guitar is sooo much easier

  • excellent man! share the love! share the tabs!

  • I'm going to say the same thing here I said on the Eddie Cruz page... Can you imagine how much ass this guy must have gotten in high school!?!

  • Probably none if he was stuck in his room to practice all day long.

  • Keep up the great work dude!

  • F-5 acidente

  • beautyfullll GOD DAWM IT i just love it

  • yr good on playing queen on acoustic cool

  • Very gd mate ur just very heavy fingered u just need to loosten up ur hands and realx. You'll get an alot better sound!

  • I redid the song with nylon nails using an amplifier so I didn't have to pluck the strings as hard. Overall I need alot of work, I've picked up alot of poor habits. But thanks for watching and the advice!

  • where are the tabs for this, i must have them

  • Advice? from us? HEEELLOOooooo LOL

  • excellent im after the tabs myself!

  • waste of life

  • Can't wait to see your videos of your guitar playing, you must be pretty damn good!

  • Do you know site where i can find this your version tabs ?

  • Really nice.

    Where did u learn this?

  • I learned it by TAB. Edgar Cruz (the arranger) played this song at my school once. I learned he lived in OKC so I went to a few shows. He used to have this catalog of music he'd sell. If he'd be smart, he'd sell them again. I bet he'd make a butt load of cash now that youtube has really popularized the solo guitar song

  • um, he does sell it. That's why the vid is on youtube, it's a sales pitch. He tabbed a bunch of Queen, and others.

  • Really, he sells THEM (the catalog of music)? Notice how the videos direct you not to Edgar's website but rather videoprogressions. Can you purchase his version of Maleguena there? Classical Gas? William Tell?

  • is there anywhere else you can get some of his arrangements? James Bond theme, Pink Panther, etc.? They are so well done. His Queen is steller but he has so much more too. Why doesn't he sell this stuff anymore? His web site says he has no time. Hey Edgar get someone to sell your music!!

  • My brother has almost every tab from his extensive catalog (Bond theme, William Tell, etc). His video response is above, contact him. He may be able to help out. I'm working on my own arrangement right now, but the song/artist is a secret!

  • thanks man

  • In about a month i have a audition for a "line/path" as we call it in norway (school system) The audition is for the Music Line, and I think this could get me in. Any ideas how I can get tabs or notes to this? had some problems with learning from his videos - too much pausing and rewinding.

Really sorry if i've misunderstood something, i'm REALLY tired right now.

Thanks for your answer, and a pre-thank you to the next one =)

    Jørn

  • nice

  • that was very nice. thx willpoire

  • Amazing, I am so proud of you for making it all the way through darlin, I can still remember the first time you played it for me at Nanas house, I have always loved everything you play...post more for me please...

  • sounds great man!!!I like this!!

  • I think you sound great babe! You look awesome :o) Love ya!

  • We love it! It's so neat to SEE you playing it, instead of just listening to you play. Andre says he wishes he could play like that! You're awesome!

    - Carol & Andre

  • Nice video. I could tell you haven't played it in a while. I remember, about five years past, when you could whip out this arrangement flawlessly. Great first video, though. Encore.

  • Why don't you post a video response of you playing it and I'll add it!
