i love this show. not only is it a great good-guy vs bad-guy show with great moral lessons ;) it is educational too! you learn spainish just by listening!
Hey! Corporal Reyes learned to read! In a previous episode he and Garcia were putting up posters offering a reward for Zorro, and Garcia had to read what it said because Reyes said he couldn't read. Now he's reading the list of Garcia's virtues.
@LongRangeRifle Actually, that was a different corporal who couldn't read, before Corporal Reyes was added to the show. Corporal Reyes didn't join the show until the Eagle storyline.
Hahaha, u can see how well Diego rides, just by watching him on his brown horse in the beginning. He might try to hide his skills, it is very obvious he is a very talented horse rider
Just imagine that the Delavegas has 100 of thousands of Pesos and there is not much to spend it on in town. Diego spends it on Garcia for two reasons. One, he is a generous and kind individual by nature, and two, he stays on Sargent Garcias good side because most of what goes on in Los Angelas comes from Garcias.
One of the things so endearing about Diego is that many rich, handsome, educated young men would be spoiled, selfish, and thoughtless. But not our Diego. He's selfless and good-hearted, and has a passion for what is right. No wonder he inspires such loyalty from Bernardo.
@akilgore42 Actually, though Diego is generous with his friends and the Angelinos that come to him for help, he's not a big spender. Most young sons of rich rancheros would be living it up. Gambling, lots of drinking, partying, on clothes, on the senoritas. Diego doesn't do any of that. Mostly he seems to keep Garcia solvent.
Mmmm, makes me wonder. Who makes Zorro's clothes? Don't think that cape came off the rack.
That guitar look like my sister but without the desiend.

Garcia is awful! You never beg a friend for money like that! At least Diego understands he's a doorknob sometimes.

"Let me get this straight seargant, you mean, you rode all the way over here to cancel an invitation to a party which you had not yet invited me?
"Si don Diego, I feel the least one can do when ones friends are concerned, is to keep them informed of ones good intentions."
lmao such funny moments with garcia and diego!

I'd say it's Deigo who is generous to a fault, not Garcia :)
You notice he agreed to pay the bill without even knowing how much it was. How sweet!

Diego is so loose with his money on Garcia's behalf.

Well he is Diego's friend and it wouldn't be very kind of him to deny Garcia the offer nor would it be fitting for the character he is. (:

I just wonder if Diego's father knows how much he is spending on Garcia. ;)
LuciusTheFair 3 years ago 6
lol! I'm sure he does. If not, Diego's sly when it comes to stretching the truth, no? ;P

Lol, that did not occur to me before. I wonder how many times Alejandro wanted to cut Diego off and tell him to get a job? :)
