You should not hold this upright, You may be losing some of the powder when you pop the bubble (cocking it). It should be held horizontal . Plus you need to wash your mouth out after use. Otherwise soars could form. Other that that, good instructional video. The phone ringing was funny.

You're actually supposed to hold the device horizontally when you click the tab back to release the meds, otherwise the powder just falls to the bottom of the device and you won't inhale any of it. You only need to inhale once and don't need to hold your breath either. Hope this helps!

The analysis says it will increase the risk fo asthma related death when you use LABA Alone!! not when you use combination of LABA and ICS (Inhaled corticosteroids). LABA may provide more effective control when added to standard doses of ICS compared to increasing the ICS dosage. So if patient needs long term treatment, Advair ( combination of LABA and ICS) is better than ICS alone!

Advair diskus 250/50, 100/50, or 500/50,

for a 90 days supply- 3 inhalers, for a 30 days supply- 1 inhaler, a total of 60 doses in each diskus, this should be used twice a day, do not exceed this dose or things will be rough.. some side effects for Advair Diskus may not be reported.
