@circusboy90210 ya of course...carbon fiber is cheaper than cardboard paper isnt? no problem, of course not, sure not...hahahhah i find carbon fiber in the trash everyday, i spit on it, so common and easy to manufacture. rofl.
to bad it u punch the car softly or bump into you can leave a dent easy.. umm ill stick to the 1900 cars truck ect... the old days things will last 10times longer.. p.s got a 89 chevy baby still purs like a kitten
@anthony100uk well this gearbox is super super smooth.. and personally i think an 8 speed gearbox is a gimmick... too many gears, it will maybe help consumption but pfff thats all...
The XJ & XF are cars I want to love. The techs & interiors are great, & it's the inside of a car where we spend most of our time. There are however only a few cars left that upon just one glance 'do it' for me. The New C Class, Audi Sportback concept, Gallardo 560-4, Camaro, Range Rover, are cars that as well as having interesting interiors, carry through an exciting, unmistakable genetic exterior design code that Jaguar with the XF & XJ has failed to do. Sometimes looks really are everything.
i feel the same way but not for the c-class or the camaro, i would swap out those two for the 2010 Porsche turbo and gt3. even thought there is barly any interior for the gt3
Don't judge if you know nothing about the company. Jaguar was sold to Tata Motors of India where great things have come from. My fellow Americans may laugh, but this thing is an F'in Beast. 3 Engine choices, You can juice this to the new 5.0L SC Gen3-AJ at 510hp. I own an 02 XJR and love it, never had so much FUN and female attention from a mere car. Cheaper to fix than a domestic Caddy if you know the right places ;) Step up those vettes/camaros and POS mustangs!!!
this one should get Jag going. It looks amazing both inside and out! .... the aluminum body would reduce weight improving fuel economy and thus cutting down on CO2
most aluminum is made using hydroelectric power or is recycled. in the USA over 30% is recycled (Brazil 90%+) in places where there is hydroelectric power you will likely find aluminum plants. aluminums CO2 is not that bad in real trems. transporting it is also easer because of it's weight. so I would say an aluminun car would be better for the environment over all.
@retour747 Wow, you managed to say something amazingly boring about this Off-the-chart Exciting and Luxurious JAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@acorntechnique Yeah, FORD is a garbage company. They do very little engineering on their own anymore, as theyve stolen most of it from their former "partners". Ford makes a great..... corporate structure?
Why is this not in HD?

I work at a Jag dealer. These things are fucking crap. Have fun letting it sit in the service department for days, weeks, months on end.
You practically have to take the rear bumper off this car just to change the oil.

@TheL046Kid There new how do you know if there not reliable? And when you buy a $80,000 car, your probably not going to change the oil yourself.

@retour747 Only thing is making the aluminun is a very dirty and un-economical metal to use, and makes up for any CO2 it doesn't produce.

Fortunately, Ford doesn't own this brand any more and haven't done for a long while.
Ford - almost destroyed the Jaguar brand through their ignorance, arrogance, and total lack of understanding of the Jaguar mark.
