adobe need to make a dedicated animation software, flash is not a good choice for making

feature animation, it's great for web content but for making movie's it's clumsy, slow, and the files

If u mean u want to put it behind the black blob, you can arrange the order in the top-left bit which says 'shine', 'pupils' etc. If you put 'shadow' lower down then it should go underneath. : )

u should've put it in a desktop folder.....anyway go to "my computer" and go to your downloads folder. it should be there. if its rigged create a folder on your desktop and extract the files there.

in that animation timeline thing: i think its "stall"

then you see the light grey version of your last drawed caracter, you can change his moves a little and eventialy make him move

Oh, it doesn't animate because ur opening it with picture manager or the basic thing you use to open pics. Instead, just right click and choose "open with" then "internet explorer" it worked for me :)
