Wow, it looks like a model rocket. When you see the shuttle launch it's hard to think of it in comparison to home made model rockets. But when you see this it makes you appreciate that it's very similar to a model rocket, just on a massive scale. The things human's have accomplished as a race are amazing.
I was at the press site for this launch (my camera tripod was parked next one of the NASA TV press site camera trucks). I still can't get over how loud it was as it seemed louder then the two shuttle launches I attended. I still cherish the memories of it!
when you live in florida were like "yeah ok another one so that makes idk like..... 100 that i've seen." don't mean to bum your joint but this isn't that interesting to me since i live there lol
Hey cheybug. You might want to consider changing your name to jadedbug. I live in Florida too (on the Space Coast), and it was incredibly interesting to me. First new rocket in 28 years, radical design concept, and possibly the key to man's return to the Moon -- and the planets. What on or off Earth could be more interesting than that !!??
@A4moondoggy I saw this vid when I was only 11, now I'm 13. I realize how dumb I was. I'm not trolling, I was just a kid lol. I still am but I better appreciate things now. And the only reason why I watched it is because it was in my recommend vids at the time. And yes I'm a derp xD

why jadedbug?
cheybug394 2 years ago
Just a joke. Dictionary definition of "jaded" is something like "bored or disinterested in something because of its repetition or familiarity." :]
