Also, your sanity will be tested after you watch the likes of Bruce Chen and Sean O'Sullivan continue to make perfect pitches. Evidently, Sean O Sullivan has a nasty 12-6 curve that he can snap of annytime. And its not one of those halfa** curves........its a knee buckler that barely scrapes the outside corner and lands right at knee level.

And before you tell me I just suck at this game.........Ive had this game for nearly 3 months...after that i got disgusted and sold it to some fool.

Some of the many flaws

1) Horrible tutorials

2) Hitting a HR is next to impossible

3) Scrubs are 100X better than their reallife counterparts

4) The computer WILL score immedietly after you score

5) Gettin a hit 2ith RISP and 2 outs? Forget about it........every ball gets hit on the nose right at someone

6) IMPOSSIBLE to steal.....Jason Varitek fires strikes from his knees in this game

I bought this game a few days ago and my dad and I played it tonight. My dad was Chicago Cubs and i was San Francisco Giants. We played for about 1 1/2 hours and at first we played so bad. Then at the end it was 3-3 or 4-4 and i had one guy on my base and then Buster Posey scored a home run on the last ball of the 9th innings. Such a fun game get it on Xbox 360

@MrThatdudeisme - If you have a PS3 you have to get The Show period! If you have a XBOX then you have no choice but to get this Fisher Price version of a baseball game ( MLB 2K). That does not mean you have to buy it though.

Sorry guys havent checked my Youtube lately. I have a PS3 so I know longer play this game but ive hit 105 with Chapman on a Max Fastball. He has to have thrown very little to hit 105 dont expect 105 if youve thrown 40 pitches already

haven't seen any bugs? Maybe you need to head on over to the 2k sports forums... Did they patch your game? According to their forums the patch isn't available until MAy... Right now there is a bug/glitch thread 61 pages long so quit lying to people I bought this game march 5 and traded it in 5 weeks later b/c fran. mode was unenjotable b/c of a broken injury sys.... I guess if and when they release the patch it will be worth it

It's a good game. It's presentation is no match for The Show, but I really like the pitcher/batter interface. I like how the game is constantly keeping you busy, with it's controls too. It's got some bugs, and the framerate is pretty terrible for a 2011 sports title, but it's still fun. The "My Player" mode is much better than the "RTTS" mode on The Show. You actually progress in My Player.

Buzzy if you have not seen any bugs you must not have played it very long, honestly. Ive had it a week and here is a list of some of the glitches Ive experienced: a foul ball clearly landing foul called fair, a hit ball that clearly bounces before being caught ruled an out, alot of commentary errors, in home run derby you see balls landing over the fence called an out, and today they counted for my opponent twice. I even went to game tracker and it said only one run scored, but they gave em 2.

This game is terrible. I dont know how anyone can like. After quickly getting frustrated due to glitches and difficulty scoring in franchise mode I started only playing online thinking at least Im matched up against other people. Earlier today the guy scored one run on me and they counted it as 2!!!!!! Ubelievable. Ive been playing MLB video games since RBI Baseball on NES, and this is the worst game Ive ever played, even worse than 2k10.

i agree with you the games alot of fun but there are WAY to many glitches, one of them lost me a perfect game cause in my player mode if the balls hit towards 1st you cant move as the pitcher...your guy just stands still, also there the magnetic glove to ball glitch and a few others, but it doesnt ruin the game its still a good time

You are entitled to your opinion but so is everyone else. Though you may not have run across and bugs plenty of people have. This game like prior other MLB 2K games is plagued with glitches. See for yourself.

@MidKnightMellow haha i had 3 glitches in one, my baserunner went threw the 1st baseman, the ball was like 3 feet away from the glove and it just magnitized to it, and the 1st baseman started to sink into the dirt, but thats like all so far, still a fun game one of the biggest problems that they didnt fix from last year was the online has a like second delay to it which makes it hard but w/e im having fun playing my friends

@MidKnightMellow hahahah almost had one of those, i was playing my friend and it was tied 2-2 in the ninth and there were guys on 1st and 2nd and he hit a line drive to the 1st baseman and he dropped it and i thought he was going 2 pick it up quick but instead of reacting quickly he did like a weird animation in slow mo that took like 4 seconds and the batter was safe at 1st and then when he finally got the ball my friend was going home and i threw him outl, it was close, but i hit a walkoff hah

@ilovephillies34 - Yeah. The relay reaction time can be slow  on-ine especially if there's a glitch as well.

I guess you could say it makes the game more interesting in a weird way.

My player mode is a lot more fun this year aswell, I like all the new additions to the game. I would recommend it as a buy for anyone...

People this is simply my review and thoughts of the game. 2k10 was great and I felt it needed few improvements. This game is great don't listen to the comments I've been playing this non-stop and I love it. I haven't seen any bugs so please trust my review and ignore the others
