Can somebody HELP! :( I dont know wether I have Balanitis or Phimosis?
I can fully retract my foreskin when my penis is flacid but when erect it is tight and red/swolen.....Also making it hard to clean and urinate :| and If I pull my foreskin back when flacid and then get an erection it will get stuck? HELP ANYBODY!!!

at 42 my fore skin is bothersome and unwanted tissue growth underneath is a problem i have scheduled it and it seems like everyone is against it.
