is final cut better and easier than after effects ? I liked the bluring effect of the foreground objects

Thanks!I personally like Final Cut better for very simple editing (cutting, pasting, etc), I find it more intuitive, but I guess it depends on what you want to do and what you're used to. I think it's like drawing with different pencils.
