    Doesn't matter really for a beginner, but what way you decide, try to keep doing it that way so you can see what progress your making. Once you no longer a beginner and can easily do 30 pull ups in a row without stopping, you should then experiment with making it harder by pausing at top or doing one arm chins.

    Yes, it lowers test levels, increase oestrogen, lowers the amount of oxygen you have in your body, slows down your metabolism and produces intense sugar cravings which will ruin your definition too boot. Stay away from weed if you truly want to make progress. If you see any muscular people doing weed, then they either on roids or are just genetic freaks, they are NOT role models for average joes.

  • @falleneccentrix I had that for about 2 months, used it 5 times and got rid of it. worst $150 I've spent. Go to the gym, or invest in your own home gym.

  • @sauravzangeneh try assisted pullups or buy a Perfect Pullup and start with bodyweight rows. using these tactics you will eventually build up enough strength to do full pullups. good luck.

  • ive seen so many people doin pull ups on youtube and ur one of the only ones that actually does them correctly,and great tip on the ripcords never thought of using them good job i got some for the missis will give it a go when the kids go to bed cheer for bein on youtube i will be subscribin to ur channel n keepin an eye open

  • Your vids are really inspiring I quitted gym and train at home now because of you :) These ripcords bands are sick you can nearly train every body part at home, i got 6 of them now. Btw your music is beast too i have a workout playlist and 2 of the songs are urs.

  • @xXkingmartinXx the name of the game is time under tension. don't worry about what other people call "good form" when doing curls or other isolation movements for the bicep, concentrate on keeping tension on it (flexed) throughout the exercise; personally it helps to NOT lower the bar/dumbbell all the way down at the end of each rep. if you're not feeling the burn in the muscle you are focusing on, you are not doing the exercise correctly. if all else fails just do a ton of chinups lol...

  • If you don't have the door attachment you can just wrap anything similar around the band, I use a belt and jam that in the door lol.

  • i've seen alot of work out videos, i'm always trying to update my workout routine and i've gotta say this video is really great. awesome exercises, loved the idea of using the door to get different angles. although i agree with a previous comment that it's hard to use resistance bands, once you get used to it the benefits you get from using them is more than worth it.

  • Do resistance bands really work that good? I didn't know one could really bulge up with just resistance bands, because it's not that much weight stored in them.
