@pidioconsult Sorry about that mate, we didn't do that at the time but I can assure you that it is very easy. We have another video showing these functions on the Leica Disto D2, the funtion works in the same way
@pidioconsult All you do is measure from one wall to the other and then from the perpendicular walls. If you have an L-shaped room you can add measurements together. This is demonstrated in our Leica Disto D2 video but because I can't post a link you'll need to search for it in the Youtube search box or on the toolstop.co.uk website

I still don't see how it is possible to measure an area or surface with a 1-direction laser. Where can I see this other video?
(To be more specific: I have to measure areas of floors, what would you advise?)
