I used to really love the old layout where the homepage were all the categories down the left side and the main page was not telling me what I should watch. I have to go through so many clicks to visit each category and there's just too much information all over the place.. I find it really hard to find new channels and new people to subscribe to. I did prefer the 2006 homepage where it was just boom, there's the videos, now choose what you want to watch and find related videos down the side.

The Like/Dislike feature is horrible. Especially when using Google Buzz it says every video I "like" received a 5 out of 5 stars rating. That's silly because I may have liked it but not every video is exceptional.

My problem with it are these things. 1. The Playlists. Add the playlist option where you click your user name along with channel, favorites, ect. Also, the playlist set up period was better before you changed it. Would have left that the same. 2. On the related videos on the side of this video, I can't open them in a new tab. big inconvience. 3. I can't tell a video's rating until I rate it. 4. There's no "home" link anywhere. I guess click on the YouTube icon but no one is used to that.

The ONLY improvement YouTube made is the option above the video where you can view the user's entire collection of uploaded videos. As far as the comment set up, doesn't make a difference to me. But I can not tell how many characters I have left when typing. My advice to YouTube... Please fix this and make it right. Here it is a week later and I still think it's messed up.

I mean, the whole YouTube change is messed up except fot the video option above. My biggest disappointment are the playlists. Another thing about them is before you could add a video to a playlist and then if you wanted to add another video to that playlist, I'd click on that option and that playlist would already be highlighted. I mean honestly, you all made it more stressful. It's a week later and I'm still not used to it.
