Dude what is your problem. Many times television station use old footage when they do not have footage of the actual event, for whatever reason. What's the big deal, the story or event is what is important.

The Sea Shepherd is a tub full of naive idealists that are going to get people killed out there.

International law is not on their side and instead of being out there trying to kill someone (a real person) they need to work on changing international law.
