It seems to be a Contredanse (or Country-dance) , danced in ring formation. I've also enjoyed the video.

I wonder why there have been no comments so far. I really enjoyed watching this dance with its careful reconstruction of baroque country dance steps. Does anybody recognise it? If so, I'd like to know the name and the source.
