Tawheed is NOT about love or peace. It's about the names/attributes of Allah SWT, His Worship and His Lordship over His Creation, that's it. Take it or leave it. Tawheed is the opposite of Shirk. WD.Muhammad was very vague on this subject and he should have stick to the REAL meaning of Tawheed instead of some sugar-coated, man-made meaning.

@Soulblackman: That is why Muslims should study Islam so they can tell the difference between culture/bidaah and Islam. Allah SWT Revealed the Quran to Muhammad pbuh, an Arab. His job was to spread the Message of Islam to the WHOLE of Mankind not just the Arabs. Plus Allah SWT Sealed off the Prophethood with Muhammad pbuh and Made Islam complete.
@Soulblackman Soooo, just b/c some scholars get paid by Arabs, that gives Afro-American Muslims the right to basically follow some dude who knows nothing about Tawheed, who clearly is making stuff up to make people happy, and the Muslims who do follow him blindly do whatever they please & call it Islam.

@Soulblackman You pray five times a day, observe fasting and the Islamic rules, learn Arabic and read Arabic just so you can down the scholars of Islam; that's kind of two-faced. Allah SWT Revealed the Quran & the Sunnah to an ARAB and it's a done deal and face it: the scholars know more than the average Muslim. Who are you going to learn your deen from insha'allah your leader is sugar-coating up Tawheed?
@ahlam33 That AN Arab received revelation does NOT make it binding that we see ALL ARAB SCHOLARS as more important. What you are doing is attributing to them, accolades simply because they are Arab. The scholars are NOT God or the prophet. They are human beings who CAN be corrected.
@Soulblackman Atleast I'm not dismissing their work just because they get paid. As long as they are pushing what Muhammad pbuh and the Quran w/o any innovations then it's all good. As if W.D Muhammad don't make any money from speaking with leaders & such people. To think he does it out of the goodness of his heart and for free is asinine.
