FLOATER brings a smile to my face. new years eve 2010 just bought my 1990 toyota 4runner 22re for me it was like no other moment. my history with my trucks and the places we ventured too have there own stories in many different lives. now i got to start fresh on my independence day the first song to play in my truck as i wheeling into the sunset with the biggest smile on my face
THANK YOU FLOATER
for yet another remarkable time
(i watched this beautiful world roll on. and i think i might stay)
In 2008 i saw then at the vineyard in eugene, it was fucking awesome, dusty and hot but god rob is so hot i would sit in boiling tar to listen to his voice, lol.
ya kind of.theyre from portland but still fairly underground for the fan base they have here in the northwest but its also the only place they play is up here
Listening to a CD is like taking a cell phone to the show... That is how much you're missing with just the CD. I haven't Been to anything else that's as raw as a floater show! Absolutely Amazing!
First Floater song i ever heard back in like 98, 11 years and 53 live show experiences later, and they are one of the most creative, complex yet simple bands ever to have laid hands on musical instruments.
This is a crazy version of Independence day. I've never heard them play it so mellow before. This song is so beautiful, and so sad. Thank the gods for Floater!
Best band ever....my #1 favorite. I have all their albums. So much talent..

O_o...I saw the statistics and was like: wtf.
25-44 for males and 45-54 female?!!
Im almost 15...and I would've thought there'd be a younger age statistic haha :/
Then again this band was started when i was born kinda, so I guess that would make sense. Oh well. I like them no matter :P

Always thought this was a "softer" song from them. I have yet to see them live but will have to catch the chico shows coming up.
