@snowlover71 go for iPhone 4, you never regret it. I decided to get a HD2 first too, now my HD2 new condition is in my storage box. I tries many touch screen phone, as i see that iphone is the only phone with best touch screen and runs smooths and faster responses, HTC spec is better but tends to freezes/lags most of the times, I had to restore the HD2 once every month to have it run smooth again, but again the phone is abit too big in the pocket makes you feels uncomtable most of the times.

The HD7 aka HD3 comes out November 8th , so anyone thinking about getting the HD2 just save your money and wait for the new one. The HD2 is great though , I have it. But i know most people will be trying to get rid of theirs when the HD3 comes out.

I just bought my HD2 at the end of September and I heard rumors of the HD3 but they were never confirmed until 5 days ago. The release date and confirmation of the phone was announced. Had I known then , I would have just waited , because I had the TouchPro2 at the time and could have made it last for another 2 months lol , so it might be a while before I get the HD3 , but I heard it's going to be a great phone (Windows 7 included). It should be worth the wait.

@lyricyst I have it and the only thing that sucks, to me, is the software. If this phone had android, it would easily be the best phone on the market. If you care about having android, the incredible is better. The incredible also has an 8.0 mp camera while the hd2 has a 5.0 mp.( Cant really tell difference.) What gives the hd2 the edge over the incredible is the screen size. A third pary developer is currently working on porting android to the hd2 though. Hope this helps.

Plus people with this phone should go to XDA developers and get some cool ROMS, they will make the phone run so much better and it makes interface cooler. And you can get pages of quick app/contacts. etc. shortcuts instead of only 9 which I like.

I have the same GSM unlocked HD2. This phone owns the iphone by far. I am not a huge fan of windows mobile but this phone is so powerful theirs nothing wrong with WinMo so I like it. And this is pretty much by far up to date the 2nd best hardware phone. Evo 4G would be 1st just because of its 8 MP camera. Other than that, the Evo and HD2 is very similar in hardware. This phone kicks ass.
