i have my pommel routine down im really struggling with mushroom though. It's hard for me to get past 1 circle and i have a habit to put my feet down after one circle because of a past injury where i broke my thumb after falling off and putting all my weight on it. I can't get past a circle and I start competing in a month. Any tips?
