well the video is from a movie, Advent Children, released in 2005, based on the game Final Fantasy VII, which was released in 1994. The movie is the setting of the game only 2 or 3 years later. Hope that helped :) if you have no idea of what the game is, the movie won't make much sense, so i recommend researching FF7 and/or playing it before watching Advent Children =]
