wtf does that mean? it only lets me save a draft but not to send a message!

Hi, i have recently purchased my Blackberry Curve 8520 and have been trying to set up email, i manage to get on the set-up folder, then set-up wizard and even onto email set-up but have found that there is only one option i can choose and that says "I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server." Would you be able to help in any way? Thanks ;)

Thats because you to be granted access to the email by your server (say T-Mobile) it usually costs £5 for 1 month.
