Guys, Rainbow Dash WAS being loyal- to Applejack.

Think about it: They'd JUST found her, by chance, after getting a letter saying that she wasn't coming back to Ponyville, and refusing to tell anypony WHY. They had to catch AJ or they could have potentially lost her forever as she ran off to some new town. Whereas Pinkie and Rarity were never planning on leaving Ponyville and the two of them are shown getting back at the end of the episode.
