  • looks fake

  • impressive

  • HUGE STRENGTH

  • wish i could rest 405 on my chest like its the bar lol

  • @rockSldBrute Because he can

  • @swolefella316 No. He could. He fucked up. He's dead now. To much roids and no blood work done on time.

  • @juliesteve Talk about something you have facts on bud. His toxicology report was negative. As a personal friend of his I know he never used. I handed off to him in this video over 2 years ago. Nick was a great guy, and a blessing to the sport of powerlifting.

  • You're kidding right? Toxicology reports don't cover anabolic steroids. He was a great guy, and was even nice enough to give me advice on my own bench press shortly before he passed. I didn't really know him, just looked up to him and contacted him once, but make no mistake, he used steroids, good god did he ever.

  • man he made it look like it was nothing lol but i bet that was hevy as hell

  • @Ludichris8531 well yeah...raw benching should be the only way to compete at all. someone better beat that record man...

  • @rockSldBrute because he benches around 700 raw...405 on his chest is a piece of cake.

  • Allllllllllllllll day.

  • If Powerlifting could actually provide it's athletes with half-decent amounts of money it would be so much more interesting.

Is Kennelly also training for MMA? The UFC has no SHW division at the moment so I don't see how he could even compete - and if you want the good money you go to the UFC.

  • you do realize that ufc pays their fighters shit money right?

  • that is like a 5-10 degree incline

  • Has Kennelly really given up bench pressing?

  • Kennelly has hit 405 X 12 on incline with a close grip for his best incline set. This was done in early 2007. I'd be willing to wager $50 on Kennelly doing 405 X 18-20 RAW on an inclined bench.

  • Keep in mind though that Ryan had fuller ROM (not all the way though), he had better pace, and better explosion. It's true that this is one hell of a feat to be impressed with, but nothing compares to Kennelly's 405 X 20 like he did it. Ryan also did that said 4 or 5 years ago. This is recent for Nick. Ryan could probably do the same.

  • amazing feat of strength!!

  • sick

  • incredible.
