Yes, Vietnam and all the other southeast asian countries have the stereotype of being the shortest people. But from what I see in the USA is that people of southern european ethnicities seem shorter than southeast asians. There are tons more spanish, italians, and greeks that have men shorter than 5'7" and women shorter than 5'2" than men taller than 5'11" and women taller than 5'6". There are more short southeast asians than tall but atleast they have a decent amount in the tall range.
