  • you stupid, you dont realise how lucky you are to even have a medical marijuana card in the first place

  • Comment removed

  • Wow Whata joke.. good thing this dipshit has no need for medical cannabis. And tht 90 ur so upset about helps the states debt. Ppl like this are what's wrong with the pro movement!

  • you dont need marijana Lady shit if you had it you probly be morre lazy eaten more food fat ass

  • @Comarijuana (1/2) I don't get the point of applying for a marijuana license if you are against using the licensing process... and its astounding and a little sad that so many people fall for the premise that the lawmakers etc "only have the power you give them" -- meaning power to the extent that you choose to obey their laws; "libery-minded" muckety muck is muckety muck none the less, and I used to think as a general rule enlighted people were smarter than that.

  • @Comarijuana (1/2) I don't get the point of applying for a marijuana licensee power to the extent that you choose to obey their laws; "libery-minded" muckety muck is muckety muck none the less, and I used to think as a general rule enlighted people were smarter than that.

  • @Comarijuana (2/2) As long as they have force and coercion on their side they have the power, not us. As glaring an example as it gets and a hint: Did you, or We The People give them the power to put someone in prison for up to 75 years for video recording a police action? Or after that Rodney King thing did they *steal* that power. You ever hear the phrase/mantra ignorance is strength? Muckety muck, used in brainwashing.

  • @COMarijuana i hope you know just because you can put big words together in long drawn-out pointless sentences it doesn't make your statements anymore true. and i never called you any names...? and what exactly is the solution? to burn anything that's put there to help you? they gave you that card because they figured whatever illness you had could be helped by marijuana. it's like getting a gift and burning it. it's a total douche move. good job.

  • @TheMccflurry Saying someone is paranoid is not a productive statement. If you have something specific to say about why you believe what I did was a "total douche move" (again, with the name calling?), I am open to hearing what you have to say. So far you have done nothing but attack me on a personal level without specific reason. Seriously, tell me why you think I did what I did was wrong. Keep in mind Amendment 20 is a right, not a gift.

  • Damn right & I'm your daddy bitch;) haha

  • @TheDZ71 Sadly you don't even realize what you just agreed to. That logic must be what impedes your ability to understand what's going on around you, Daddy.

  • Fat bitch is retarded lmao,

  • @TheDZ71 Let me guess, you are a highly successful individual who gets laid a lot. LOL! Sorry you're so unhappy with your existence that you feel the need to be so pointless :-) Better luck next time.

  • lol. this is one of those paranoid people that are highly publicized by the media to help the prohibition marijuana in the other states. THANKS SO MUCH.

  • @TheMccflurry Paranoia is rooted in falsehoods. Maybe you should think about the message, and learn more about the topic instead of presenting an ill-informed accusatory statement. If you are against what I did, then by all means explain to everyone why, but name-calling and unfounded accusations just make you appear uninformed. It seems you might want to explain yourself better, but I'm not sure how committed you really are to the solution.

  • all the government are doing is legally allowing u to buy it, it stops u from gettin involved with dealers and goin 2 jail

  • @xXPOSSYxX The government is actually preventing the people from accessing their constitutional rights. The same corrupt collusive individuals are doing this is every area of government. The government is NOT allowing people to buy it and they are not keeping people out of jail. How do you qualify such a statement when dispensaries are getting raided everyday? 99% of the people running our government are not trying to do any marijuana consumers any favors, I assure you this.

  • Why the fuck???? Y did u get a card if u hate "the system" the card is for people who need it

  • @yawzahman Why do you say things to people when you clearly haven't done your research? I highly recommend you watch my 5 part special entitled HB 10-1284 Debacle, so you can learn more about the system, and why I am in opposition to the regulation, not Amendment 20 (of the CO state constitution). BIG diff. friend.

  • *specific

  • You didn't make any real points in the video. IMHO. You just burned your red card and said you didn't want to be a part of the system. You listed the bills, but they're long, hard to find, and a lot of it is useless info that applies to private caregivers. If you want people to understand your point of view, BE SPECEFIC. If you want me to get involved, be sepcefic.

  • @theguythatcouldfly It would be much more efficient for you to watch the video and read my articles about this issue than me to type what I said in the video. I didn't just wake up one day and decide to make a choice to not participate in the system which is corrupt. Again, I asked you *specifically* what you feel is acceptable about the system in CO. Educate me about your stance, since you say I have none.

  • Burning my red card will not effect the governments ability to make me feel like a 2nd class citizen. Until they re-schedule it, that will be the case. In the mean time, having my red card is far better than not - in terms of access to medicine, and my legality to smoke it. You have the right to burn it - but it's certainly not the choice for everyone.

  • @theguythatcouldfly The point of this video was to bring awareness to those in the community about what is happening with the regulation of this win-lose program, not to address your individual feelings about class psychology. Obviously, my feelings about the program have evolved congruent with my exposure to the regulation. As is the case with anything, the point of the video is not to tell anyone what to do, but to simply evoke thought and encourage community involvement and accountability.

  • @theguythatcouldfly p.s. my refusal to partake in a system which I find a total violation of one's privacy among other rights should never make another feel the need to justify his/her desire to partake in said system. If there is some other reason you feel the system in CO is acceptable given the recently passed legislation, I am open to hearing your specific examples. Maybe there is something I am unaware of. IDK though bc I haven't heard anything to counter the points made in the video.

  • cunt

  • @geegah76 teehee, you said a naughty word!

  • man i wish i had that card fuck i cant even find a nearby clinic...and my work hours are shit man when will ever have one.............

  • @grekodave IDK, but maybe you should use this time to think about what you're thinking of getting yourself into...

  • @grekodave ahh i really dont care about all the legal stuff, all i want to do is smoke some weed.

its better than going to all those drug dealers .

  • A general comment to everyone who is upset by my taking a stand on this issue... PLEASE inform yourself on what's happening and what I am speaking about before you speak/write. This is a complex issue and worthy of more than superficial "slap yourself in the face" comments.

That said, if you disagree with me I would love to hear your stance. This is not a place to attack anyone, however, so show some respect, please.

  • @COMarijuana I moved from Iowa to Colorado last year because I was tired of having to feel like a 2nd-class citizen for needing cannabis. I was tired of the stupid laws have power over my health. I was tired of worrying about going to jail. And tired of buying shwag. What power do you think the government has over you, exactly? I have the power to legally buy good, quality weed. And I smoke a lot - the government still doesn't give a crap about me. Or you. Bigger fish to fry. Peace.

  • @theguythatcouldfly As you just stated, the government has the power to make you feel like a second class citizen (and worse). Check out HB 10-1284 (CO) and subsequent bills (all mentioned in video) aimed at individual patients. You'll see there is price for what you believe to be freedom. I congratulate you on taking a proactive stance with your health. This is a pretty deep issue as you may realize. The gov does care about you when you are part of a revenue generating industry.

  • fucking slap yourself in the face...

  • In london we smoke weed everyday without any document to make it acceptable or legal. I would happily pay $90 a year to get medical weed.

  • @S1mply2Much I must ask that you take time to read more about the legislation which led to this video. I speak of the various bills in the video which are violating not only the constitutional amendment and the privacy of those partaking said right. $90 to buy weed sounds like a great idea until you find out what you're giving up in return. This is not about the money, but what's being done with it.

  • i agree with you on that issue of the government only has as much control as we give... but at the same time you have to see you have a medical marijuana card... which people are abusing this system to casually smoke pot.. but if the real issue of why your burning this document is because you dont want to pay 90 dollars a year.. if we want weed to ever be legal in some kind of way of course they are going to tax it how else would they benefit from it which is why its illegal in the first place

  • @x5metalmonster The issue is not about the $90, but what is being done with the money. If we want to tax marijuana then it needs to be legalized for rec use, otherwise it needs to be consistent with what we are calling it; which is medicine. IDK about you, but I've never paid taxes on my prescriptions. In theory alone, MMj should be treated exactly the same. MMj has become a revenue generating venture for various government agencies partaking in discriminatory practices.

  • PARANOID AS FUCK FROM THE WEED PROBABLY!

  • @CrazyBammer96 Wow! So much for critical analysis.

  • thank you

  • dam just get a connect that easy fuck medical marijuana cards

  • Hi, This is just my opinion on this. Colorado is going to be the model for medical marijuana for the rest of the country. All the regulations and license that are imposed to monitor the people and transactions are a little over bearing..

  • but the way it being dealt with is also going to be the model for total legalization of it.

Minus the red card and the doctor visits of course, but the video taping, inventorying, manifests, and most of the rest is the way to make it legit enough for full legalization.

  • @NWOResistanceMusic I agree with your opinion. It's bothersome to me the way this is happening. I believe states are going to start just legalizing and forego medical legalization in attempt to avoid the absolute ridiculousness of creating a regulatory entity under the guise of medical use when that's not the intended function. I believe states in the northeast will be the first place this will happen. Thanks for sharing your thoughts :-)

  • noone should or need a paper or a perm1ss1on from the gov't to smoke, we need to learn th1s, we are no longer part1c1pat1ng!! thanks

  • some dumb assholes dont understand whats beh1nd "just burn1ng a paper to smoke" , come on , she doesnt want to be 1n babylon no more! let her be free

  • can i see your titties?

  • @jjs5243 IDK, can you?

  • are you out of your mind why would you not want to legally grow and smoke dumb dumb dumb

  • @mikefoco No, I am not out of my mind. The system and those participating in it are out of their minds. Was this always the case in CO? Nope, but the current regulations and attempts to violate the rights of everyone are not acceptable and I refuse to support a system created by mostly non-patients. Aside from this, the government needs to stay the fuck out of my business and stop fucking with the wishes of the voters. I'm not into blindly following bad law, so maybe I am dumb.

  • shit, if it takes a damn card for me to smoke some dank than why burn it lol?

  • FREE OUR SELFS

  • 2:16 to late!!! your soul was sold on day 1 with your birth certificate. We are collateral for the debt. FDIC

  • @thapsykotic1 Ronald Reagan was the piss test president... that fucking commie bastard

  • @thapsykotic1 he screwed up when he repealed the "glass steagal act". gave the banks the right to place bets with OUR money...only took 8 years for that shit to blow up in our face.

  • Rage against the Machine Angela !!!!

  • @thapsykotic1 yea, anyone with any sense at all saw what a trojan horse Obama was right from the get go. "Follow the money" you wanna know what kinda leader they'll be when they get elected, look at who donates to their campaign.

  • @thapsykotic1 see, here's the thing. Californians don't give a shit. We ain't afraid of the man. They raid one pot club, three more pop up. They can't stop it when EVERYONE'S doing it.

  • @thapsykotic1 Obama actually said the very opposite when he got back from a trip in Europe. he said he's "going to take a relaxed position". maybe he visited Amsterdam while he was there. :p

  • @thapsykotic1 you don't have to hassle with doctors. 1-800-pot-docs. that's my "doctor" I see him once a year. just wait 4 years, it was at %42 to fully legalize this year. only reason why it failed was cuz the club owners and the farmers and the "doctors" told their clients to vote against it... the reason being because they want a monopoly on distribution. they got 4 more years to keep making bank. after that we're legalizing the shit.

    democracy ftw

  • @thapsykotic1 there's been raids in los ageles, but up here in the bay there's a pot club on every corner.

  • I am so with you on this one Angela! The Montana legislators have did it for me too!! Fucking idiots!!

  • At least in California, there's still such a thing as doctor/ patient confidentiality and you don't have to register with anyone or any agency!

  • Take this card & shove it. It ain't workin here no more. ha ha

  • @thapsykotic1 yes! I smoke pot every day. and I buy my pot out in the open at marijuana clubs all over the bay area. I've never been bothered ONCE! one time I even passed a joint around with a club owner in front of the place right in FRONT of a cop that was putting up a no parking sticker. we even shot the shit with him a little , asked him what the sign was for. He said it was for some construction they were doing. IT'S LEGAL HERE.

  • @thapsykotic1 the government is telling us right now that they'll put you in Prison for growing it. and plus pot is a lot easier to grow than tobacco. only way you can get it legal is through the people. not the government. start a petition. if the majority of people that live in your state sign it then it's law. fuck the government. make your own laws as a democracy.

  • @thapsykotic1 marlboro doesn't criminalize people who grow their own tobacco. If marlboro wants to stop selling cancer infested incredibly addictive ciggarettes and start selling pre-rolled joints filled with non-addictive substances for mass consumption I say let em.

  • Great!! I love your video. That paper does seem like good, strong paper. Maybe it's made out of hemp? And thanks for setting such a good example. I agree, the only power the government has over us, is the power we give them.

  • hmmm.... the event i went to yesterday was a quasi-secret "smoke-in," and as long as i was willing to pay the $5 extra on top of the regular admission, i could smoke my brains out in the main room without the need of a "recommendation." rad fucking surprise...! on the other hand, my side job requires i have 1 so i can be in dispensaries sans issues, and one time my dumb ass got caught burning while driving. pulled over, my rec kept my ass out of trouble ~ just lost time and awkwardness...!

  • the pamphlet at one of the clubs had an article last month saying "VOTE NO ON P.19!" then in this issue it had an article saying "THANKs FOR VOTING FoR P.19" I was like, jesus christ make up your mind.

  • I get your point. These laws are far from perfect. State to state we are dealing with all kinds of issues being on the forefront of change. I just can't weigh in on the side of support because cannabis is medicine. I need to fight this battle from within to make change. If we stand on the outside with illegal grows and a strong middle finger; we only alienate the world who still needs sound education on the benefits of cannabis. Responsible cannabis use and patience is key.

  • @intenzity14 I understand what you are saying; however, we also need to examine what the laws are vs. the rights. Why are certain groups attacked by legislation? It's political and it's as damaging as war itself. When violations of one's rights take precedence over arbitrarily written law then something must be done. If those in legislation continue to attack the community a lot worse will happen than some politically active student burning a card in her kitchen.

  • @COMarijuana cheers to that comment back! I didn't get a ommp card for years and thought eff this! Then I got really sick last year and needed to grow/use/medicate..... without issue. So I play within the law.... but hope for a day when big brother gets off our backs and let's us holistically heal ourselves! Good on you!

  • @intenzity14 That makes complete sense. It's unfortunate that in some places participation in a regulated system (a system built on false perceptions of unreasonable safety) is the only way for a person to feel safe and with their rights protected. Gotta pay somehow, either to the courts/lawyers or to the MMj registry.

I wish you well with your health, and peace in every way. Hopefully an intellectual revolution is/will take place and this will be laughable in the near future.

  • RIGHT ON!!! I feel ya!!! I live in a state where it's illegal and I'm still doing my thing. I've alway's said that it doesn't matter what the "suit & tie guy's" say or do; because it won't change anything. The "power's that be" have been battling us for year's and during that time cannabis use has grown more popular. Their effort's are futile. PEACE

  • Wish you the best luck.

    Keep it up

  • Basically people start to turn their back on the system. Some people vote for legalisation of Cannabis. To me voting is begging. Like “system, you took my life, and lied to me about I’m free. Now I want some percentages of this and that back.”. I will not beg a fascistic system for crumbs. I do understand that some pieces of paper are vital for my survival at the moment. And I do believe people should form a network in consciousness, not seek 420 leaders.

  • @TerrierBram Hey! I agree about certain pieces of paper being vital for "survival" as it were/is. That's why I didn't burn my birth certificate or driver's license :-)

  • @COMarijuana What about this capital division in points system, money. I learned some about anarchism, lately. It is your own network of valuable people, your own production, media and military (self defense, to start with) that can make you independent of a lot of social contracts. Money, social contract, drivers license too. All those stuff gives the state your responsibility. While you should keep this in free will. I follow Stefan Molyneux in the social media, very interesting philosopher.

  • @TerrierBram As far as I am concerned the government should have very limited involvement in the daily lives of citizens. Clearly there are certain necessities like social order, but those things are quite volatile and few have the skill to effectively create and maintain this social order in a way that serves the needs of everyone. This is why it is so important for the government to take great caution when treading on citizen rights, and why people need to say no to the bullshit.

  • @COMarijuana People want order by them selfs. This “without the state, total chaos will e reality” paradigm is total indoctrination. In Holland there is a disproportional relation between crime solving rates and the costs.I guess this picture is consistent through out the western world.People want order. Most of daily life is actually anarchistic. Those parts that r controlled by the state tend 2 b worse, and more expensive over time to control. States make thing unnecessary expensive and inadequate.

  • @TerrierBram You have a beautiful mind :-D

  • @COMarijuana Thank you. So according you I didn’t messing it up, with 24 years of ganja. =).

  • @TerrierBram Well you butchered that sentence, but on a cognitive level regarding conceptualization I think you are close to self-actualization :-)

  • @COMarijuana Hmmm, well, I continue reading my book “The Masters of the Far East”. Funny, because this self actualisation thing is quite prominent in my question on how to continue my life at the moment. It are tensions I struggling with, quite literally. My Kenpo teachers told me, F.L. Bloem (Dutch Shaman) told me. It holds me back from the ladder of consciousness, I learned. But I cope with it. I will take that hurdle. Almost there. Thank you.

  • @TerrierBram :-) Don't be too hard on yourself because self-actualization (in my humble opinion, of course) is something that comes and goes or ebbs and flows throughout one's existence. Same things goes with all other aspects of existence as well. Sometimes we are more self-actualized than others, and some people are never even close to self-actualization. It's clear you've been doing a lot of work in this area.

  • @COMarijuana To be honest, I am hard for myself. I choice to get out of this system. That’s hard work. I don’t care, strong mind, strong body, and some Hemp seed to chew on. I will not accept to live in a stream of poison, and be a slave that is told to he’s free. I am not free. You are not free. We’re kept in a mental cage, and there is a 24/7 indoctrination going on, what tells us that we suck, and to solve this we’ve to buy stuff. This TV went to the dumpster. And ever since I learned magic.

  • @TerrierBram Non-participation :-D It's freaking magical...

  • @COMarijuana I work to participate in life … it’s already nice.

  • @TerrierBram I'm speaking on a political level, not an existential one. Your desire to participate in life is what drives your non-participation in what you've acknowledged as an indoctrination.

  • @COMarijuana Correct. … Time for meditation.

  • @TerrierBram p.s. I believe what you described is what our government calls black markets.

  • @COMarijuana I guess so, but I don’t care.

  • @TerrierBram LOL :-)

  • ∞ ♥ ∞

  • You go girl :) keep up the fight! Happy 420 love your tattoos thumbs up

  • I think it is completely insane that marijuana can have a medical use in one state

(which imply s a medical fact has been established)And cause another person in a non medical marijuana state to have police storm their house and to live in fear of getting caught using something that safely treats their symptoms.

  • @michellehill94 Amen! That's why it's all bullshit :-) They only have the power we give them.

  • @michellehill94 yes it makes sense. Welcome to the land of the free and the home of the brave...i mean...uhhhhhhhhh.....mmmmmmmyeah

  • I totally agree with you about us giving the government power and shit, but im just not tryna go to jail haha so ima keep mine :D

  • @dmundizzle I understand; however I would like to pose this one question to you... If everyone stopped participating do you think the government has the resources to put everyone in jail and prosecute them? Aside from that I believe CO and a few other states have an affirmative defense written into the law, which if I understand correctly basically means these cards are meaningless.

  • congratulations

It is a hell of a conundrum we live in when we have to asl for freedom by seeking chains

  • @gwizzle1 No more chains. Funny thing is we all have the keys to our own chains, the government just wants us to think otherwise.

  • @COMarijuana exactly, the card is a middle ground of sorts in terms of compromise but while creating the illusion of freedom it actually is a way for the state to become legally entangled in the patients life for life. And in the end it is just a strong handed crime to say someone is illegally in possession of plant material

  • must be scary for the government to see that criminals aren't the only ones standing up for themselves anymore. much respect!

  • @yoitscheefs I hope it wakes them up a little, but I am just a little tiny oyster in a large, large ocean.

  • did u buy a bunch of weed first???

  • @FukYoCouChHD The fortunate side of a black market is that it makes doing so completely unnecessary :-)
