We have had this two party system for so long people have a hard time thinking outside that paradigm. Both parties have run our country into the ground, so why wouldn't the people look elsewhere? The leaders of the Republican Party made Health Care a bigger issue then they should have allowed. If H-Care had passed early, this time around the country would have been even more dissatisfied w/ the admin. Their strategy was to buy the Dems a year w/ their extreme rhetoric and make health care a victory for the Dems. The Party SHOULD be stronger then it currently is w/ unemployment at 10% nationally but its NOT. And the health care victory gives the Party some long term strategic problems.
