I know that this is a comedic clip, but just so you know, if you sneeze with your eyes open (although it is very difficult to) your eyes will not pop out of their sockets (as they are attached by the optic nerve to the brain, and lots of veins, tissue, and muscle to the inside of the lids), they will instead become red because blood vessels can burts and your eyes become blood shot. That is the 'worst case scenario'. Most of the time, nothing will happen.
