@shanique2206 - I take my acidophilus by mouth. and yes its perfectly fine to take it along with the MACA. I take maca everyday to regulate my hormones menstrual/ovulation cycle as well. No problem at all :-)

@imanid50dee I use to get those little tiny hair bumps but once i started shaving with hair conditioner Yes hair conditioner. It can be a cheap one like White Rain or Suave. I have the smoothest shave. I hate that i forgot to mention that in that video. Also, make sure you throw your razerblade away and use a new one (i change my razor blade every 2-3 weeks. A dull blade can nick you and cause hair bumps as well
ladies try waxing! i kno alot of us black women or not on board yet but ive been getting brazillians for 4 years now and i swear by them! u get them every 4-6 weeks depending on ur growth rate. just make sure u go to a clean professional spa that wears gloces and doesnt double dip!

@pudge217 shaving with those alcohol based shaving creams is what make you itch. I havent used a regular 'shaving cream/gel' since i was 18. I shave my body with a cheapie hair conditioner such as VO5 & herbal essence. No itchy skin. I have a close clean shave, no hair bumps and the skin is nice and moisturized. Use hair conditioner :-)

Razor will have you itcy like a mofo. Try useing a trimmer from walmart or the dollar store. Clean it with alcohol after use.
